Very intimate and personal in the chef’s home. Our host Dominik was warm and knowledgeable about liquors and cooking in general. The pierogis were delicious, if we do say so ourselves, thanks to his patient guidance. One of the highlights of our visit to Warsaw.

The pierogi cooking class is a highlight of my trip to Warsaw. There were only 2 of us, so our experience with Dominik was special and intimate. We learned how to make pierogi’s while sipping on different flavors of liquor. Was such a great time!

Dominik was very welcoming! I was travelling solo and was the only person who booked and he still ran the class and we chatted as he showed me how to make the dumplings. Very friendly and knowledgeable! You also get sent the recipe and photos that he took as you make the dumplings. I also got a lot of recommendations for places to visit in Warsaw!

Excellent, fun pierogi-making class. I learned to knead and roll dough, prepare fillings, stuff dough, and boil pierogi. Location is conveniently near Warszawa Zachodnia train station or an easy walk from Warszawa Centralna station. I also got to sample homemade liquor, local cheeses, and sausages. I especially enjoyed the Kashubian cheese. At the end, we received recipes and suggested things to do in Warsaw.

What a great way have authentic and delicious Polish cuisine! Not only was Dominik an inviting and gracious host, but he was knowledgeable, organized, personable, and hilarious. He was very attentive to our one vegetarian customer, and made sure everyone was OK with his family’s adorable hypoallergenic cat Luna 🙂 you will have a great time with 5+ types of peirogi and some home-infused delicious liquors.
