It was a fun experience, I was able to meet a lot of interesting people and the hostess were engaging. The only point is that I think that was not much attention on the packages acquired, there was 2 options and I don’t think I got the right one, I had to pay for a lot of the drinks when I though that I had the option with open bar. Brought to attention but nothing was done. The activities were fun, but was not what was in the description of the package.

Terrible, hosts are now friendly at all. Horrible environment. I left atfer one hour. I got there, they didn’t even say hi. I wouldn’t recommend.

Never showed up. Refuses to return money. I’m absolutely done with viator. Second time on this trip I saw this happen. It happened to someone else on a tour and I thought never will happen to me and here I am. The other guy got an email cancelling and I didn’t but viator is arguing with me that it wasn’t cancelled and refusing a refund. Completely outrageous. What a complete scam. Do not do business with them unless you want you money stolen.Read more
