So I stayed at 19 Dzielnica Apartamenty Warszawa last month, and honestly? It’s one of those places that grows on you. The name’s a mouthful – I just called it “the apartment place on Kolejowa” when giving directions to friends. It’s tucked away in Wola, which I mean, isn’t exactly the postcard part of Warsaw, but that’s actually what I liked about it. You’re staying where actual Varsovians live, not in some tourist bubble. The building itself is pretty typical for this area – solid, no-nonsense architecture that probably went up in the last decade or so. Walking from the nearest tram stop (there’s one literally two minutes away) you pass this great little bakery that does incredible pączki, and honestly, that became part of my morning routine.

The apartment I got was surprisingly spacious – like, actually spacious, not “spacious for Europe” spacious. Clean lines, decent furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel catalog, and a kitchen that’s functional enough if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka downstairs and cook something simple. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly (I was working remotely), and the shower had proper water pressure, which… you know how hit-or-miss that can be in apartment rentals. What really surprised me was how quiet it was at night, considering you’re pretty close to some busy streets. The windows are solid, and the courtyard kind of buffers the noise. Though I’ll be honest – if you’re looking for that classic Warsaw charm with cobblestones and medieval vibes, this isn’t it. But if you want to feel like you’re actually living in the city for a few days, it’s perfect.

The whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward “meet me at this random café” thing you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The location turned out to be way more convenient than I expected. You’re about fifteen minutes to the Old Town by tram, but more importantly, you’re right in the middle of where Warsaw is actually happening these days. There’s this whole cluster of new restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the Browary Warszawskie complex is close enough that I ended up there probably three times during my stay. Plus, and this might sound weird, but I loved being near the train tracks – there’s something oddly soothing about hearing the occasional train, and it really drives home that you’re in a real, working part of the city. The staff was responsive when I had questions, and checkout was painless. It’s not luxury, but it’s solid, honest accommodation that does exactly what it promises. For the price point and the experience of staying in actual residential Warsaw, I’d definitely book it again.

  Квартира нам очень понравилась, студия, и в то же время кухня отделена от комнаты. Есть всё необходимое, самые нужные мелочи. Такое чувство, что были у себя дома)❤️
  Жилой комплекс очень современный, красивый и комфортный. Буквально в 50 метрах кафе, магазины и зона отдыха. До центра лучше проехать в метро, но если есть время, можно прогуляться пешком.
  Уезжать не хотелось)

  What could be improved: В холодильнике осталось чьё-то начатое мороженое. Неприятно, но внимание на этом не акцентировали. Хотелось бы, чтобы было чище на балконе и помыты окна. В остальном всё хорошо.

  What could be improved: при бронировании списалось больше сумма, вместо 490$ было списано 530$ аргументировали что это списал мой банк комиссию. обратилась с этим вопросом в банк они предоставили выписку что такую сумму запросил арендатор. плохо убрана квартира, неправильно подана информация о выносе мусора, маленький диване, 2 детей с трудом там поместились
