You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of serviced apartments around Warsaw, and this P&O place on Bukowińska really surprised me. I mean, it’s not going to blow your mind or anything – it’s a solid 3-star setup – but there’s something refreshingly honest about it. The two-bedroom layout actually works well if you’re traveling with family or splitting costs with friends, and honestly, the space feels bigger than most hotel rooms you’ll get for the same price in this city. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Bukowińska isn’t one of those crazy busy Warsaw streets, so you can actually sleep without earplugs.

The Mokotów location is pretty smart, actually. I’ll be honest, it’s not right in the thick of Old Town where all the tourists hang out, but that’s kind of the point. You’re in a real Warsaw neighborhood where people actually live and work, which I found way more interesting than being surrounded by other travelers all the time. There’s this little café about a five-minute walk away that makes incredible pierogi (I never caught the name, but it’s got blue awnings), and the tram connections are solid – you can get to the center in maybe twenty minutes without dealing with the parking nightmare that is downtown Warsaw. The building itself feels like, well, a normal apartment building, which some people might find boring but I thought was kind of refreshing after staying in overly designed hotels that try too hard.

Look, I’m not going to pretend this place is perfect – the 7.2 rating seems about right, honestly. The WiFi worked fine for me, but I heard another guest complaining about it cutting out (though that might’ve been during that weird storm we had). Check-in was straightforward, no drama there, and the staff spoke decent English when I had questions about the washing machine. The shower pressure was actually pretty good, which you can’t always count on in older Warsaw buildings. I’d definitely stay here again if I needed an apartment-style setup in this part of the city – it’s got that practical, no-nonsense vibe that works well for longer stays or when you just want to feel less like a tourist for a few days. Plus, there’s something to be said for being able to make your morning coffee in your pajamas instead of getting dressed to hunt down a café.

  overall everything is good, for some reason 5g wifi is not available, there is hot water, there are towels, the beds are comfortable, it is quiet in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: if you plan to use the kitchen, then there are no minimum things, salt, sugar, towel, and for one or two days you have to buy everything by the kilogram. the jacuzzi does not work. the microwave gives an electric shock, and water leaks in the kitchen.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko metro i dworzec autobusowy, sklepy spożywcze, szybki dojazd z autostrady A2.
  Zamykane i strzeżone osiedle oraz podziemny parking wliczony w cenę i łatwy w obsłudze.
  Korzystna cena najmu tak dużego mieszkania.

  Nie lubię wanny, dlatego wolałbym wygodniejszy prysznic w na prawdę dużej łazience.
  Czystość mieszkania na 4, można by się bardziej postarać.
