Hotel Description

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked up to 7Heaven Dream on Dzielna Street – the name sounds a bit cheesy, doesn’t it? But you know what, this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The location in Wola is pretty smart if you ask me, because you’re close enough to the action but far enough from the tourist chaos around Old Town. I mean, you can walk to the Palace of Culture in about 15 minutes, and there’s this great little pierogi spot just around the corner on Chłodna that the hotel staff pointed me to (honestly, better than half the places in the main square). The building itself has this modern vibe without being sterile – they’ve got these warm wood accents in the lobby that smell faintly of cedar, and the whole check-in process was refreshingly quick. No standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation.”

The rooms are where this place really shines though. I stayed on the third floor and it was genuinely quiet – which is saying something because Warsaw can get pretty lively, especially on weekends. The bed was one of those memory foam situations that actually works (not like those fake ones that feel like sleeping on concrete), and they’ve got blackout curtains that, well, actually black out the room. Small thing, but you appreciate it when you’re trying to sleep off jet lag. The bathroom was spotless with this rainfall shower head that had proper water pressure – I know it sounds boring, but after a day of walking around Łazienki Park, it’s exactly what you want. What I really liked was the little kitchenette setup; nothing fancy, but perfect for making coffee in the morning or storing some snacks from the Żabka down the street. The WiFi was solid too, which matters when you’re trying to figure out tram schedules or book dinner reservations.

The staff deserves a mention because they actually seem to know the neighborhood – not just the obvious tourist stuff. When I asked about getting to Praga district, the guy at the front desk gave me this detailed explanation about which tram to take and even warned me that construction on one of the bridges might slow things down. That’s the kind of local knowledge you can’t get from a guidebook. The whole place has this relaxed energy that feels more like a boutique hotel than a chain, even though the pricing is pretty reasonable for what you get. I mean, with a 9.4 rating, I was worried it might be overhyped, but it really does live up to it. The only minor complaint I’d have is that the elevator is a bit slow, but honestly, three flights of stairs never killed anyone. If you’re looking for something comfortable in Warsaw without paying Old Town prices, this place is definitely worth considering – just don’t expect a pool or spa, because that’s not what this is about.

Exploring Warsaw offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Poland’s resilient capital, from its meticulously reconstructed Old Town to its modern skyline and rich cultural heritage.

Our stay at the apartment was very pleasant. It was clean, spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was just a minute away from the main road, where you can find a supermarket, a bakery, and public transportation. The host was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it to friends who visiting Warsaw.

  • Exceptional – Oleg from Ukraine – December 7, 2024 (10/10)

Usually, I’m not writing reviews but maybe this will be useful for somebody. The apartment is enough large. Two bedrooms with bed’s width about 160 … 180 cm and one living room. It is 2nd floor and there is no elevator (maybe this is important for somebody). Everything is new and clean. In the living room a big dinner table is suitable for eating or playing games. Lage sofa comfortable for sitting. Smart TV for your pleasure. You can log in your account and fill yourself like at home. The kitchen is not big but there everything you need exists (dishes, gas stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave). It’s amazing. Everything is new and function good. Oh! Dishwasher! Special thanks to the owners for ground natural coffee. Bathroom not a big one but !!… there is a washing machine with drying function. Very useful. About position in the town. I think 5…10 min on tram to Warsaw central railway station. Usually, we walk about 20 min. This is the center of the city, so, everywhere is beautiful. If you prefer cooking yourself there are many small food shops “Zabka” with good prices and good food. If you prefer street food, there are a lot of small caffe with east or west food (I count about 10 near the apartment). So, as to me, good place to live several days in Warsaw for 4…5 persons.

  • Comfortable beds and value for money – Kenneth from Sweden – October 22, 2024 (9/10)

This is a very affordable and fresh accommodation in central Warsaw. We were four friends looking for an apartment that would be central, have separate bedrooms and be fresh. We were not disappointed. We had a great long weekend and slept well in comfortable beds. In addition, fast and good hosts who helped us if we had any questions. Can warmly recommend the place!
