9th Floor City View Apartment

It is in a great location, a block from the main train station on the intersection of 2 main streets. An open view from the windows. New interior including kitchen oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a great Indian restaurant next to the building entrance and also fast-food, cafes, and shops very close. We were greeted with a few snacks and necessary hygiene amenities which was excellent after flying in.

The location is grand! It's absolutely amazing.
The view is gorgeous and the flat is relatively well designed of ra solo traveller or couple.
Well furnished - you have hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer... all cooking essentials. Air-conditioning, WiFi, and tv. All that you need.if you need to do some tidying, you have hoover and Mop... though mo cleaning supplies at all.

Расположение квартиры потрясающее. Вид из окна это отдельные 10 баллов. Все рядом. Квартира чистая, уютная Мы были в то время, когда на улице было +30, но нас спасали кондиционеры, которых в квартире 2 (в гостиной и спальне). Удобные спальные места, чистое постельное белье и огромное количество белоснежных полотенец)
Чай, кофе, печенье, соки, чипсы, вода - все было на кухне (кухня, кстати, отдельная). И это было очень приятно. Рекомендую! И спасибо за гостеприимство.

- nach einem kurzen Telefonat durften wir die Wohnung auch anderthalb Stunden früher betreten, nachdem die Wohnung bereits hergerichtet war
- gepflegte und moderne Ausstattung (wir haben allerdings nicht in der Küche gekocht, scheint aber alles grundlegende vorhanden gewesen zu sein)
- Klimaanlage (Wohnung kann im Sommer sehr warm werden)
- netter hilfsbereiter Sicherheitsmann an der Pforte

Я вибрала цю квартиру випадково, і реальність перевершила мої очікування. Самий центр Варшави. Сучасний будинок. Під'їзд під охороною, ліфт в під'їзді. Двокімнатна квартира, простора вітальня з великим столом, диваном, спальня зі зручним ліжком. Кухня, санвузол. Балкон виходить на Центр науки і культури. Незважаючи на самий центр Варшави, в кімнаті тихо, затишно. Приємно чисто.
I chose this apartment by chance and the reality exceeded my expectations. The very center of Warsaw. Modern house. Guarded entrance, elevator in the entrance. Two-room apartment, spacious living room with a large table, sofa, bedroom with a comfortable bed. Kitchen, bathroom. The balcony overlooks the Science and Culture Center. Despite the very center of Warsaw, the room is quiet, and cozy. Pleasantly clean.

Bardzo czyste i zadbane mieszkanie. Widoki rewelacyjne i zbawienna klimatyzacja. Szczególnie, że okna są skierowane w większej części dnia w nasłonecznionym kierunku. Chętnie skorzystał bym ponownie z lokalizacji. Okna dosyć dźwiękoszczelne, wytłumia ogromny gwar uliczny.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Dostęp do metra, dworca. Z okna widok na Pałac Kultury polecam szczególnie nocą. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto. Otrzymaliśmy również poczęstunek co uważam za miły gest. Instrukcja odbioru kluczy jasna i przejrzysta.
