You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first saw “AAA STAY Premium Apartments” – the name sounds sort of generic, right? But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away near Market Square (though not the main one everyone thinks of), and I mean really tucked away – you’ll probably walk past it once before you spot the entrance. The building itself has that solid, old Warsaw feel to it, but inside it’s been updated without losing its character. My apartment had these gorgeous high ceilings and windows that actually opened wide, which is rarer than you’d think in converted buildings. The kitchen was properly equipped too – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cookware that looked like someone cared about it.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Warsaw rather than just visiting it. You’re in Śródmieście, so everything’s walkable, but you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds that swarm around the main square every morning. There’s this little bakery about two blocks away that opens at 6 AM – the smell of fresh bread actually drifts up to the windows some mornings. The tram stop is maybe a three-minute walk, and you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without thinking too hard about it. Parking was… well, it’s Warsaw, so street parking is what it is, but the staff actually gave me solid advice about where to find spots that don’t turn into a nightmare during rush hour.

What really got me was how quiet it stays at night – I mean, you’re still in the city center, so there’s some ambient noise, but nothing that kept me awake. The walls must be pretty solid because I never heard neighbors, even though I know the building was full. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no weird key pickup locations or confusing instructions, just a normal person who knew the neighborhood and gave me actual useful tips about where to grab groceries and which restaurants were worth trying. The Wi-Fi worked everywhere in the apartment (I tested it because, you know, work calls), and the shower had proper water pressure. Look, for a 3-star place with an 8.8 rating, I was expecting it to be decent, but this felt more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel setup. The only minor thing – and this is really minor – is that the coffee maker was one of those pod machines, and if you’re picky about your morning coffee like I am, you might want to hit up that bakery I mentioned instead.

  The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town.
  The apartment is spatious and well organised to easly host four people.
  The kitchen is well furnished, including complementary coffee and tea.

  The location was great. We were in the middle of everything. It was so easy to move around. The check in instructions were great. We didn’t have any problems. The apartment was very nice and spacious. It was very well equipped.

  Loved the location – it really felt like we were staying in a local neighborhood & not a touristy area. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and there were many restaurants & stores close by. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and had lots of windows that opened. We loved it. The host was very responsive and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: It was difficult to find the actual apartment once we got inside the building. The lighting is very poor & even non-existent. The instructions could be more explanatory. Also, there are many stairs to climb & it is difficult to carry luggage up and down.

  Great hosts, stunning location and within distance of all attractions. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds in a quiet area. Hosts also allowed us access earlier and a later check out which was much appreciated.
