  The staff is very friendly, they respond to messages immediately. We had a problem with entering the apartment, but the staff quickly solved everything. Clean and spacious. I recommend.

  Quite a cozy apartment, although it turned out to be a little smaller than it appeared in the photo, but it suited me. The cottage has all the necessary things for living. Super good location!
  
  What could be improved: The initial price for the rent was 32 euros, but 65 was taken off at the checkout. Then I realized that in very small text it was written +33 euros for cleaning. This is strange, I have not seen this before. But maybe it's a local rent payment scheme. But the most unpleasant thing was that right before check-in, the owner wrote to pay an additional 10 euros in cash for the fact that I will be with a cat and it will have hair (although the initial search for housing was with a filter where you can move in with a pet). I had no choice, because I was on the road all night, with a cat in my arms and next morning had flight. And of course the rent was already paid and could not be canceled. Very unpleasant experience. I got the impression that the fee collection scheme is quite unfair.

  The apartment is small but there are everything you need for comfortable staying. Located in very good area in walking distance to the central part of the city. You can find a few restaurants and shops around. A very nice thing: you definitely will feel welcome after finding a nice chocolate and biscuits there. A towels were beautiful wrapped. Communication with host was an excellent.
  
  What could be improved: We didn’t like a smell on the stairs when used it to get to the apartment. But there are two elevators. We just like to be more flexible and to use the stairs)))
