The building itself is pretty modern, nothing fancy but clean lines and plenty of natural light streaming through those big windows they seem to love in newer Warsaw developments.

What really won me over was how incredibly quiet it is for somewhere that’s supposedly airport-focused. I was bracing myself for constant plane noise or highway rumble, but the soundproofing is actually solid – slept like a baby even with an early morning flight to catch. The apartments themselves are way more spacious than most hotel rooms you’d get for similar money, and I’m talking proper living space here, not just a bed crammed next to a tiny desk. The kitchen setup is legit too, with a full-sized fridge and everything you need if you want to grab groceries instead of eating airport food for every meal. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times, and it felt weirdly homey for what’s essentially a stopover spot.

The whole operation runs pretty smoothly – check-in was straightforward, no weird complications or hidden fees that make you want to scream. Staff seemed genuinely helpful without being overly chatty, which honestly I appreciate when I’m dealing with travel fatigue. Location-wise, it’s one of those places that’s perfectly positioned if you know what you’re getting into. You’re not walking to Old Town for dinner, but there’s decent public transport connections, and if you’re driving, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in central Warsaw. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be some luxury experience, but it absolutely nails what it’s supposed to do. Perfect for business travelers, families dealing with early flights, or honestly anyone who wants apartment-style space without apartment-style hassle. I’d definitely book it again, and that’s saying something because I’m usually pretty picky about where I crash between flights.

  The apartment is clean and quiet. The owner is very welcoming and kind. It is very close to the airport (about 6mins drive). There’s a supermarket (Biedronka) down the road. Also a convenience store(Zabka), Rossman. It’s actually a very great place to stay in. You won’t regret it
