When I first heard “airport apartment,” I honestly expected some sterile, forgettable spot where you crash before an early flight. But this 3-star gem actually has personality, and that 9.1 rating? Yeah, it’s earned.

The thing is, staying here feels less like a hotel and more like borrowing a friend’s really well-organized apartment. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake – you know what I mean? Like someone actually thought about what travelers need instead of just checking boxes. I mean, there are proper coffee facilities (not those sad little packets), and the kitchenette setup is surprisingly functional if you want to grab groceries from one of the nearby shops. The beds are honestly better than what you’d expect for the price point, and I’m someone who’s pretty picky about mattresses after too many nights on questionable hotel bedding.

What really won me over, though, is how the staff runs the place. Check-in was smooth – no weird delays or confused looks when I showed up. They actually seem to know the area well, which matters more than you’d think. When I asked about getting into the city center, I got real directions, not just “take the bus” nonsense. The location works better than I anticipated too. Sure, you’re not in the thick of Old Town, but you’re also not dealing with the chaos and noise that comes with staying right in the tourist zone. It’s that sweet spot where you can actually get some sleep (the soundproofing is decent, by the way), but you’re still connected enough that getting around doesn’t become a whole production.

The cleanliness level impressed me – everything felt fresh without that overwhelming chemical smell some places have. Small details matter here, like having enough towels and decent water pressure in the shower. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, and they still maintained standards, which tells you something about how they operate. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that delivers on the basics really well without trying to be something it’s not, this is your spot. It’s not flashy, but it’s genuinely comfortable, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Stayed a second time – perfect location and quality. Recently renovated, fresh and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the airport – a couple stops by train and the tram stops next to the house for downtown direction.

  It is a very fresh, clean, cozy and comfortable apartment in a new building. Just a few steps from the train station Warsaw Rakowiec. You have everything to cook and 2 supermarkets in the same building. There's also a cafe nearby. Warsaw airport Chopin can be reached by direct train in 10 min, Warsaw Central train station in 20 min by tram. Old town – also not more than 10min. So, it's a great way to explore the city, have a comfortable stay before/after your flight/train. Check in/out is by code and host is responding fast and is very friendly. Great choice. Highly recommend

  Easy to find following the detailed instructions from the owners.
  Small grocery shop in the same building – very convenient.

  Great place to stay with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable layout of the flat, quiet inside (I only heard some kids from neighbours but rather quiet and only in the bathroom). It is a normal separate flat and not any big old flat divided into micro bedsits for rent where you can hear others around talking through walls.
  And most important for me on a business travel – very comfortable and big bed 🙂
  Also, close to the airport but also with quick and cheap access to city centre by tram. No expensive taxis need to get out of there.

  The location of the apartment is ideal as it is easy to reach by tram, train, bus, or even taxi/car. The building as well as the inside feels very secure and there is a lot of space when you want to come with a bike or rent one of the mobility scooters to have in a safe spot.
  
  There are several local shops as well as within walking distance you have an Aldi and a full-function market which includes flowers and clothes. When you go a little deeper into the neighborhood you have the same great bakeries with great loaves of bread and cakes.
  
  Personally, we experienced the communication with the owner as very quick, friendly, and flexible, and if you liked it or not it was for sure not because of the owner – A big shout out to being such a friendly and flexible host!
  
  – As we came to work from a location a big plus for the WiFi, I think this was the first apartment where we did not face any issues.
  – The check-in was very easy and felt very private.
  – We thought the bed was comfortable and big.
  – We enjoyed the fact that we could wash our own clothes or refresh them.
  – We were happy there was a ventilator which came in handy.
  – The kitchen had quite some come-in-handy things, like coffee, tea, sugar, and lots of cleaning supplies that we actually all used in bigger or smaller amounts.
  
  Now that we know what to expect we will definitely be back.

  The place is new and modern, it had all we needed for the two nights we were staying in the city. It was also well communicated with other parts of the city. The keys are left in a safebox on the door, so you can pick them up upon arrival, that was also convenient for us as we arrived quite late. Great water pressure in the shower!
