Great value

Great location, new modern home, several mins walk from the train station.
Easy to find following the detailed instructions from the owners.
Small grocery shop in the same building - very convenient.

Great place to stay with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable layout of the flat, quiet inside (I only heard some kids from neighbours but rather quiet and only in the bathroom). It is a normal separate flat and not any big old flat divided into micro bedsits for rent where you can hear others around talking through walls.
And most important for me on a business travel - very comfortable and big bed :)
Also, close to the airport but also with quick and cheap access to city centre by tram. No expensive taxis need to get out of there.

The location of the apartment is ideal as it is easy to reach by tram, train, bus, or even taxi/car. The building as well as the inside feels very secure and there is a lot of space when you want to come with a bike or rent one of the mobility scooters to have in a safe spot.

There are several local shops as well as within walking distance you have an Aldi and a full-function market which includes flowers and clothes. When you go a little deeper into the neighborhood you have the same great bakeries with great loaves of bread and cakes.

Personally, we experienced the communication with the owner as very quick, friendly, and flexible, and if you liked it or not it was for sure not because of the owner - A big shout out to being such a friendly and flexible host!

- As we came to work from a location a big plus for the WiFi, I think this was the first apartment where we did not face any issues.
- The check-in was very easy and felt very private.
- We thought the bed was comfortable and big.
- We enjoyed the fact that we could wash our own clothes or refresh them.
- We were happy there was a ventilator which came in handy.
- The kitchen had quite some come-in-handy things, like coffee, tea, sugar, and lots of cleaning supplies that we actually all used in bigger or smaller amounts.

Now that we know what to expect we will definitely be back.

The place is new and modern, it had all we needed for the two nights we were staying in the city. It was also well communicated with other parts of the city. The keys are left in a safebox on the door, so you can pick them up upon arrival, that was also convenient for us as we arrived quite late. Great water pressure in the shower!
