Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address “Aleja Jana Pawła II 65,” I thought I was in for one of those generic apartment-hotel situations that could go either way. But honestly? This Homeprime property surprised me in the best possible way.
The thing about staying on Jana Pawła II avenue is that you’re right in the thick of things without dealing with the tourist circus that happens closer to the Old Town. I mean, you’ve got that whole stretch of the city that locals actually use – there’s this great little bakery about two blocks down that does these incredible pączki (trust me on this one), and you’re literally a five-minute walk from the metro that’ll get you anywhere you need to go. The building itself sits in one of those neighborhoods where you’ll hear actual Polish conversations instead of tour groups, which honestly made the whole experience feel more authentic.
What really got me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment comfort. The place has this 9.1 rating, and after staying there, I get it completely. Check-in was smooth – none of that awkward key-pickup drama you sometimes get with these apartment-style places. The space itself feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just where they sleep. You know what I loved? The kitchen setup actually works. I’m talking full-size fridge, decent counter space, proper cookware if you want to grab some pierogi from the market and heat them up properly. The living area doesn’t feel cramped either, which is saying something for city accommodations.
The whole vibe is just… comfortable, I guess? Like, the WiFi actually works (tested it on multiple video calls), the shower has proper water pressure, and – this might sound weird but it matters – the place doesn’t have that sterile hotel smell. It just feels lived-in in a good way. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Polish cities will appreciate. The street can get a bit busy during rush hour, but honestly, the windows do a decent job keeping the noise down, and by evening it’s pretty quiet.
Here’s the thing about three-star places – they can either feel like they’re trying too hard to be fancy or like they’ve given up entirely. This one just feels… right. The location puts you close enough to everything that matters without paying Old Town prices, the space gives you room to actually unpack and settle in, and the whole operation runs smoothly enough that you’re not dealing with constant little annoyances. If you’re looking for a base to explore the city from, especially if you want to experience it more like a temporary resident than a tourist passing through, this spot really delivers. Plus, that 9.1 rating isn’t just fluff – you can feel why people keep coming back here.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, bardzo wygodne dla rodziny z dwójką dzieci. Podstawowe wyposażenie w kuchni (ostry nóż 😉 ), żelazko, czajnik, dużo szaf, miejsce do jedzenia i do wypoczynku. No i dużym plusem blisko centrum jest własne miejsce parkingowe.
