I’ll be straight with you – when I first saw it was a 3-star property, I wasn’t expecting much. But then you walk in and realize someone actually thought about what travelers need instead of just checking boxes. The lobby isn’t trying to impress anyone with marble and chandeliers, but it’s clean and the staff actually knows the neighborhood. I mean, the front desk guy told me exactly which tram to catch and where the good coffee shop is two blocks over – not the tourist trap stuff, but where locals actually go. That kind of local knowledge is worth more than fancy amenities sometimes.

The rooms are… well, they’re exactly what you’d hope for without any unpleasant surprises. Everything works (you’d be amazed how often that’s not a given), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the beds are actually comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete. I stayed on the third floor and it was surprisingly quiet considering we’re talking about a main street location. The windows do their job, basically. What I really appreciated was the attention to small details – good lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, and a shower with actual water pressure. Sometimes it’s the simple stuff that makes or breaks a stay.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place though – that 9.0 rating isn’t just people being generous. It’s earned. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, check-in was smooth (I got there early and they had my room ready), and when I had a question about extending my stay, they sorted it out in like two minutes. No bureaucracy, no “let me check with my manager” – just quick, competent service. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the whole place just feels… stable? Like it’s run by people who’ve been doing this for a while and have figured out what works. You’re not going to find Instagram-worthy design or a rooftop pool, but you’re also not going to deal with broken air conditioning or sketchy elevators. Sometimes that trade-off is exactly what you want, especially when you’re using the hotel as a base to explore rather than a destination itself.

  Location is very good. Public transport was within 5min walk. But I would like microwave in a kitchen or toaster, since we didn't want to use pans and pots and buy cooking oil bottle if we stay couple of days.

  Konumu güzeldi. Biz ilk önce otel diye düşünmüştük. iletişim kuracağımız otel ya da resepsiyon beklerken apartman dairesi çıktı. Karşımızda bir muhatap olmadığından ne yapacağımızı bilemedik. Ama telefonla arayınca karşımızdaki yetkili çok ilgili davrandı. Bize önceden de kapı şifrelerini ve gerekli bilgileri mail olarak göndermişler ama ben mail kutusunu kontrol etmemiştim:( siz kontrol etmeyi unutmayın. Onun haricinde eşyalar yeni ve konforlu, mutfak gereçleri herşey yeni ve kaliteli herşey çok güzeldi.
