These aren’t hotel rooms in the traditional sense — you’re getting a proper apartment with space to actually spread out. My unit had a full kitchen that I actually used (shocking, I know), and the room was laid out more like a real home than a sterile hotel box. The furnishings lean modern without being cold, and there are little touches that make it clear someone actually thought about how people live, not just sleep. The Wi-Fi was solid, the heating worked perfectly — all those basic things that can make or break a stay.

Daily Life & Practicalities

What I loved most was how easy it became to slip into a routine here. There’s a decent grocery store within walking distance, and the neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’re not obviously a tourist. The staff at the property were helpful without being hovering — they gave me the keys, showed me around, and then let me be. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want. The spa facilities are modest but clean, perfect for unwinding after long days of exploring Warsaw’s more intense historical sites.

I can see why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something intimate about having your own space rather than just a hotel room.   What could be improved: Dużo 🙂 mieszkanie mocno średnie, niewygodne, i bardzo słabo wyposażone. W szufladzie ze sztućcami np. tylko 4 (!) widelce, podobnie z kubkami (do tego były stare i wyszczerbione), talerzy głębokich tylko 2 szt itp. Za to połowa szafek w kuchni zajęta przez puste słoiki i jakieś szklane ozdoby. Jeden z garnków zardzewiały…
  W salonie niewygodna kanapa i malutki tv o beznadziejnym obrazie.
  W łazience brak kapsułek do prania, mikro mydełko i śladowe ilości kosmetyków. Na 4 osoby 2 rolki papieru. Mało ręczników.
  I to pewnie nie wszystko 🙂

  Mieszkanie super urządzone, na nowym osiedlu. Cisza, spokój. Do centrum ok. 5 km
  W okolicy pełno sklepów.
  
  What could be improved: Miejsce w hali garażowej usytuowane z jednej strony ściany – trochę wąskie – jak stoi obok auto to SUV ani ja ani mąż nie wjechał 🥺. Jak na czteroosobową rodzinę w kuchni przy stole mało miejsca.

  Good view from window, not bad environment in kitchen.

  Internet is perfect communication with 5G connection standard.
  
  What could be improved: Sofa was so bad… Childrens cant sleep on it.
  On sleeping bed was terrible lamels that really not hold even 2 people, under 100kg.
  Some times neighbours make a party's each friday and saturday was hard to sleep.
  Bad ventilation in flat. Even with all open windows was really hot inside, when outside temp is 28+ inside is like owen up to 35…

  Idealna lokalizacja, blisko centrum miasta, a jednak cicho i przede wszystkim dużo zieleni. Podróżujemy z psem więc potrzebujemy miejsca na spacer. Poza tym w pobliżu są też restauracje i kawiarnie

  Wygodnie urządzone mieszkanie, które znajduje się na cichym osiedlu. W pobliżu są sklepy (Żabka, Carrefour express), piekarnie i restauracje (dwie pizzerie, sushi, azjatyckie pierogi itp.) oraz inne punkty usługowe. Samo osiedle jest położone w fajnej okolicy, jak na warszawskie standardy jest tu bardzo dużo zieleni, a sąsiedzi nie zaglądają sobie w okna.
  Samo mieszkanie super na kilka dni. Osobne pokoje, duża kuchnia, spora łazienka i duży balkon. Jest miejsce na przechowywanie swoich przedmiotów (w końcu wolne półki w łazience!) i walizek bez potykania się o nie na każdym kroku 😉 W mieszkaniu znajdują się wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty AGD (żelazko i deska do prasowania, pralka, suszarka do włosów, zmywarka, piekarnik itd.).
  Naprawdę polecam mimo drobnych uwag!
  
  What could be improved: W pokoju z kanapą brakuje zasłon zaciemniających jak w sypialni. Firanka w pokoju jest żółta, więc przydałoby się ją wyprać.
  Zastawa stołowa to mix różnych naczyń – jest ich wystarczająco na pobyt 3-4 osób, ale to trochę razi, że każdy je z innego talerza i pije z innego kubka.

  Все було чудово!
  Ціна повністю відповідала якості. Помешкання повністю відповідало фотографіям і опису.
  Дуже чисто, затишно і атмосферно. Квартира знаходиться в тихому районі, все поряд і магазини і кафе, і транспорт. В квартирі всі зручності. Без власника заїхали і виїхали.
  Рекомендую, все було супер !!!
