Look, I’ll be honest with you – when I first saw the name of this place, I thought someone had a stroke on their keyboard. “Andersena 190 A – 12 piętro – 10 min CMKP – 5 min Metro – 15 min Centrum” isn’t exactly catchy, but you know what? The owner basically put the entire selling pitch right in the title, and they’re not wrong about any of it. This apartment is literally on the 12th floor of a residential building in Bielany, and those walking times are spot-on – I actually timed them because, well, I’m that kind of traveler. The metro connection at Młociny is genuinely five minutes away, which means you’re connected to the entire city without dealing with Warsaw’s sometimes chaotic traffic. And honestly, being in Bielany is kind of perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like locals do, rather than being stuck in the tourist bubble around the Old Town.

The apartment itself surprised me – it’s got that Eastern European efficiency thing going on where every square meter actually serves a purpose. The 12th floor thing isn’t just for show either; you get these sweeping views over northern Warsaw that honestly make you appreciate how green this city actually is. I mean, from up there you can see the Kampinos Forest stretching out in the distance, which you don’t really think about when you’re down at street level dealing with trams and construction. The building is one of those newer developments that went up in the 2000s, so you’ve got proper elevators (thank god) and decent soundproofing – though you’ll still hear the occasional party from neighboring apartments on weekends. The owner clearly knows their stuff when it comes to what travelers actually need: solid Wi-Fi, a kitchen that’s actually functional for more than just heating up instant noodles, and – this was clutch for me – really good blackout curtains because those summer nights in Warsaw stay bright until like 10 PM.

What really sold me on the area, though, is how it sits between proper residential Warsaw and easy access to everything else. You’ve got the Żoliborz district just south of you, which locals will tell you is where the intellectuals and artists live, and then there’s this whole network of parks and green spaces that tourists never see because they’re too busy hitting up the Palace of Culture. The walk to CMKP (that’s the Center for Medical Postgraduate Education, if you’re wondering) really is about 10 minutes, which makes this spot perfect if you’re in town for medical conferences or training. But even if you’re just regular tourism, that metro connection puts you 15 minutes from the central train station and maybe 20 minutes from the heart of the Old Town. Plus – and this is something you only figure out after staying in a few Warsaw apartments – parking around here doesn’t make you want to cry, unlike trying to park anywhere near the city center. The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me; it’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what it promises to be, and sometimes that’s worth more than fancy amenities that don’t actually work.

  We're really glad and enjoyed our stay here! The appartments were clean, warm and comfortable with all necessary things provided: kitchen stuff, tea, bed with linen, exellent wi-fi, soap and shower gel in the bathroom. Even iron and vacuum cleaner was there 🙂 We could always find a free parking place nearby. We also found that location is very good – Wola Park, Arcadia and Galeria Polnochna malls were just 15-20 mins away by car.
  Appartments owner was extremely helpful and replied to our questions very quickly, which is very nice! We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay!
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we didn't like is towels: they smelled badly and it was not pleasant to use them. We'd give a 10 points for this appartments if towels were a bit better 🙂

  There's everything for cooking, tv. The keys are in the box at the door so you just take and when chek out leave keys in that box
  
  What could be improved: The bed is too small for 2 people and no…we're not fat. For 1 it's okey. Bathroom has weird noises when the water flows. And when the windows are open, the smoke of cigarette comes in from neighbors

  Okolica cicha , blisko sklepów oraz komunikacji , z okna fantastyczny widok , na miejscu wszsytko zgadzało się z opisem .Ale najbardziej jestem zadowolona z właściciela który udostępnił mi lokal mimo że byłam parę godzin wcześniej niż jest godzina zameldowania .

  Bardzo miła obsługa. Dodatki typu kawa, herbata, cukier, pachnące ręczniki a nawet łyżka do butów i suszarka. Mydło i szampon w łazience, takie niby drobiazgi ale bardzo umilają pobyt i zdecydowanie na plus dla gospodarza.
