Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name “apART!ment,” I rolled my eyes a bit. You know how these trendy places can be all style and no substance? But this little 3-star spot completely surprised me, and I mean that in the best way possible.

What strikes you immediately is how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between boutique charm and actual comfort. The rooms feel more like staying in a friend’s well-designed apartment than a typical hotel – hence the name, I guess, though it took me embarrassingly long to get the art connection. There’s this lived-in quality that’s hard to fake, with carefully chosen furniture that actually looks good and feels comfortable at the same time. The lighting is spot-on too, which sounds like a weird thing to notice, but after staying in places where you feel like you’re under interrogation or stumbling around in romantic darkness, you appreciate when someone gets it right.

The staff here really knows their stuff – not in that rehearsed, corporate way, but like they genuinely care about the place. Check-in was refreshingly smooth, and they had solid recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist traps everyone suggests. That 9.6 rating isn’t some fluke either; you can tell they’ve put thought into the details that actually matter when you’re trying to sleep in an unfamiliar place. The soundproofing is surprisingly good (I’m pretty sensitive to noise), and the beds hit that perfect firmness level where you don’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with a marshmallow all night. The whole vibe feels more curated than corporate, if that makes sense – like someone with actual taste decided how things should work rather than a committee optimizing for cost-cutting.

What really sold me, though, was how unpretentious it all felt despite clearly being thoughtfully designed. You get the sense that this is a place that understands travelers rather than just processing them. It’s not trying to be something it’s not – no fake luxury or over-the-top amenities you’ll never use. Instead, they’ve focused on doing the fundamentals really well, which honestly is so much more valuable than a fancy lobby you walk through once. I’d definitely stay here again, and that’s saying something because I’m pretty picky about hotels after some truly unfortunate experiences over the years.

  The apartment is located next to metro/tram station, very close to the old town and in a walking distance from main attractions. Super clean with all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the art work and the design of the apartment, it feels like home! Even though we visited in early August, the apartment was not warm at all but comes with a fan to cool down the place (we didn't use it actually). A must when we visit Warsaw again!

  Location near to the old city and still in walking distance of the other parts of Warschau.
  Easy parking in the neighbourhood. Bakery, convenience stores and nice restaurants around the corner.

  Ho organizzato questo viaggio con due amiche e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. L’appartamento è centrale, vicino ai mezzi e si trova nel mezzo tra la città nuova e la città vecchia. Inoltre, l’appartamento era super pulito, ben organizzato ed accessoriato. È stato un soggiorno bellissimo.
