Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Apartament Bliska Wola Garaż Expo Warszawa,” I thought it was going to be some generic corporate housing situation. But you know what? This place actually surprised me in the best way possible. It’s tucked away on Kasprzaka street in Wola, which – if you don’t know Warsaw well – is this increasingly hip district that’s sort of caught between the business center and the more residential areas. The thing that immediately won me over was the garage situation (hence the name, I guess). I mean, finding parking in Warsaw can be an absolute nightmare, especially if you’re driving in from outside the city or dealing with rental car return logistics. Having your own secured spot is honestly worth its weight in gold, and it’s not something you think about until you’re circling blocks at 10 PM looking for somewhere to leave your car.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there – not in a messy way, but in that comfortable, thought-out way where there are proper coffee cups instead of those tiny hotel ones, and the Wi-Fi password isn’t taped to the router. The space is clean and modern without being sterile, which is harder to pull off than you’d think. What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re pretty close to the main action. Wola has this interesting rhythm where it’s bustling during business hours but settles down nicely in the evenings, so you get the best of both worlds. The Expo XXI center is literally a short walk away – I actually watched people heading there in the mornings with their conference badges and coffee cups, which was kind of amusing. If you’re in town for any kind of business event or trade show, the location is pretty much perfect.

What I really appreciated were the little details that show someone’s paying attention. The shower has actual water pressure (you’d be amazed how often this isn’t the case), there’s enough counter space in the kitchen area to actually spread out if you want to eat in, and the heating works properly – which, trust me, matters more than you think during Warsaw winters. The building itself is well-maintained, and I never had any issues with noise from neighbors or street traffic. Getting around from here is straightforward too; you’re well-connected to the metro system, and if you want to head into the Old Town or hit up some of the better restaurants in Śródmieście, it’s not a trek. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was coming back for work stuff around the Expo area. It’s one of those places that just works without any drama – sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re traveling.

  Perfect apartment ! A new district of houses with shops, cafes and etc. around you. An apartment was clean, well-equipped, with big shower room and a balcony. Big size bed, fancy kitchen and quite good TV. A location is not so far away city centre. Very pleasent stay, would like to come back here.
  
  What could be improved: An outside door code was incorrect but other neighbours let inside. Once received a key, opening problems was solved. A garage doors were damaged (received this info from the owner) so needed to park car somewhere nearby

  What could be improved: I booked a room for 4 persons. When we arrived, there were no sheets for the sofa. We also had only 2 blankets. There was a third blanket, but pretty dirty, with spots of blood. Toilet door lock didnt work. We wanted to cook some breakfast, but found that pans and pota were huge and only one fitted on the stove at the same time. It felt that the apartment needs general cleaning. I contacted the hosts, which were very responsive and tried to solve issues with sheets. However, it was already too late. They provided a small discount. Wife was unhappy and I had to spend more money than diacount obtained, to get her happy again.

  Gera vieta, viskas ko reikia yra šalia. Netoli tramvajų ir autobuso stotelės. Patekimas į butą ir garažą buvo aiškus. Smagu, kad priklauso nemokamai parkingas.

  Dobra lokalizacja – wokół przystanki, sklepy i restauracje. Nowe budownictwo, czysto i elegancko na klatce. Darmowy parking podziemny, bezproblemowo idzie zaparkować nawet większym autem. Kolejny plus za suszarkę i żelazko. Ciepłe i ciche mieszkanie. Telewizor z dostępem do internetu.
  
  What could be improved: Niestety czystość apartamentu odbiegała od czystości klatki. Pełno zacieków, kurzu, brudne naczynia i straszny odór ze zmywarki. Zaskoczeniem był brak otwieracza, to zazwyczaj standard wyposażenia. Problemy z zasięgiem w sieci Plus. Spory kamień w czajniku. Brak np. jednej z żarówek w łazience.

  Bardzo ładny, czysty apartament z niezbędnymi akcesoriami do wyjazdu na kilka dni, aneks kuchenny pozwala na swobodne przyrządzenie śniadania. Super pomysł ze skrytką na klucze, można pozostawić auto w pobliżu klatki i dosłownie kilka sekund zajmuje odebranie kluczy wraz z pilotem do bramy. Polecam.
