The bohemian vibe isn’t some marketing gimmick either – they’ve really committed to it. Think exposed brick walls, vintage furniture that looks like it was carefully hunted down at estate sales, and these gorgeous hardwood floors that creak just enough to remind you you’re in a real building with character. The apartments (and they really feel like apartments, not hotel rooms) have this lived-in warmth that makes you want to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. I mean, the kitchen in my unit was actually functional – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but proper cookware and enough counter space to make a real meal if you wanted to hit up a local market.

What really impressed me was how quiet everything stayed, even when the building seemed pretty full. The walls are solid, and you get the sense that this used to be something else entirely before they converted it – maybe old residential units that they’ve thoughtfully transformed. The staff genuinely seems to know their guests’ names after a day or two, which is refreshing in a world of key card anonymity. Check-in was smooth, no bureaucratic nonsense, just friendly people who clearly take pride in what they’ve created here. And that 9.1 rating? It makes perfect sense once you’ve been there.   Very cozy and beautiful apartament to spend a couple of days in Warsaw. We really liked the design. Good and smart system with getting into apartment (no keys, just a passcode) Facilities were just enough for us (we were group of 4 people). Towels, shampoo,kitchen stuff and so on.

  I'm so happy we found this place! The apartment is excellent – great location (close to the tram/bus and metro stations), beautiful design, and has everything you might need (great kitchen appliances, utensils, washer, etc.). We also appreciated a coffee machine and good selection of teas. The apartment is facing train tracks, but we didn't notice excessive noise. Overall, I recommend this apartment, we'd stay there again.

  Super miejsce na krótki, koncertowy wypad lub kilkudniowe zwiedzanie.
  Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, czyściutki i urządzony ze smakiem. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu oraz w pobliżu wszelkie, potrzebne sklepy.
  Przemiła i pomocna właścicielka, która nie zostawiła nas w potrzebie nawet po udanym wypoczynku w apartamencie 🙂
