You know what caught me off guard about Apartament BOHEMA na Szwedzkiej? It’s one of those places that completely defies its 3-star rating – honestly, I’ve stayed in supposed 4-star hotels that felt way more basic than this gem. The moment you step inside, there’s this eclectic, artistic vibe that actually lives up to the “Bohema” name instead of just being some random marketing nonsense. The owner clearly has an eye for design, mixing vintage Polish furniture with modern touches that somehow work perfectly together.

The location is seriously smart if you know Warsaw at all. Szwedzka street might not ring bells for first-time visitors, but locals know you’re positioned perfectly between the trendy Saska Kępa district and the city center. That METRO in the name isn’t just for show either – you can actually walk to Dworzec Wileński station in maybe 8 minutes, which means you’re connected to everything without dealing with the chaos and noise of being right on top of a major transit hub. I mean, you get the best of both worlds: easy access but you can actually sleep at night. The neighborhood has this laid-back residential feel during the day, but there’s enough cafes and small restaurants within walking distance that you don’t feel isolated.

What really impressed me was the attention to practical details that most apartment rentals completely ignore. The kitchen actually has proper cookware (not just the usual mismatched plates and dull knives), the WiFi doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes, and – this might sound weird but trust me on this – the shower has legitimate water pressure. After bouncing between various European apartments where you basically get drizzled on by sad plumbing, it’s such a relief. The whole place feels like someone actually lives there and cares about making it comfortable, rather than just cramming in IKEA furniture and calling it done. There’s even decent blackout curtains, which you’ll appreciate if you’re dealing with jet lag or just want to sleep past sunrise. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy amenities or concierge service, but honestly? Sometimes you just want a place that feels like home but better, where everything works like it should and you’re not constantly fighting with broken drawer handles or outlets that don’t actually hold plugs. That 9.5 rating makes total sense once you spend a night there.

  We spent three days in this apartment. The location is good, not so far from the city center, it helped us to save money on the taxi price. Also, it helped us to save time driving from apartments to attractions (it was close to 10-15 minutes, depending on the location of the attraction). The subway station is five minutes or less from the apartment. The apartment and housing complex are new, fresh, modern, and clean. The best part of this apartment it’s the enormous terrace (a very cozy place, especially at breakfast and sunset time). Convenient and clean parking is a big plus. The owners of the apartment gave us everything left for us coffee, tea, and a lot of small for the kitchen.

  Really nice new flat, well located and well communicated on how to access. Lots of amenities in the area as well as a Metro not too far either.

  1) Location is good – subway station is 3 min walking.
  2) Underground parking is convenient.
  3) Apartment style is quite good, but still need to improve some details:
  – lights in the living room are too bright, muffled light source (shade for the lamp) is really missing in the evening,
  – light curtains are definitely missing (especially considering construction workers are going 5 meters from windows for the whole day),
  – bed is stylish and mattress is good, but it's super creaky, impossible to move without sound,
  – bar chairs are way too high for the table,
  – shower cabin is constructed incorrectly, so water pours outside of it (maybe shower wall needs to be extended with shower door to avoid this).
  4) What we really loved was the electric fireplace – sound, warmth and light.

  Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, jestem zachwycona! Apartament jest najlepszym ze wszystkich, w jakich miałam okazję nocować. Bardzo dobry i sympatyczny kontakt z właścicielami. Super czystość, bardzo wygodne łóżko, ogromny taras, funkcjonalny układ, bardzo ładny wystrój wnętrza. W apartamencie jest wszystko – wystarczająca ilość wieszaków w łazience, nawet woda destylowana do żelazka i ręczniki papierowe w dozowniku pod szafką w kuchni. Lokalizacja niedaleko stacji metra jest również atutem, choć dla mnie ważna była bliskość do miejsca w którym odbywało się wydarzenie, na które przyjechałam. Bardzo Polecam!

  Bardzo ładnie i komfortowo urządzony apartament z pięknym dużym balkonem oraz widokiem na Pałac Kultury. Apartament wyposażony w wszystko co potrzeba. Miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym dodatkowym atutem. Blisko przystanek metra. Samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Wynajmujący przekazał wszystkie informacje potrzebne do zameldowania i wymeldowania.

  Obiekt czysty, przestronny z dużym tarasem. Wygodny dojazd do śródmieścia. Parking w podziemiu to kolejny plus dla tej kwatery. Wszystkie naczynia potrzebne do przygotowania posiłku są pod ręką. Na pewno skorzystam przy najbliższej wizycie w stolicy.
