First thing you notice when you walk in — it’s got that slightly sterile apartment-hotel vibe, you know what I mean? Like someone took a regular apartment and tried to make it hotel-fancy but didn’t quite nail the landing. The furniture’s decent enough, modern-ish pieces that look like they came from the same catalog, but there’s something missing in the personality department. I mean, it’s clean and functional, which honestly counts for a lot these days, but don’t expect any Instagram-worthy design moments. The kitchen setup is actually pretty useful if you’re planning to do some of your own cooking — decent-sized fridge, proper stovetop, not just one of those sad little hot plates some places try to pass off as a kitchen.

What’s weird is how the whole experience feels a bit… disconnected? Like, the building itself seems fine, probably newer construction from the looks of it, but there’s this underlying sense that maybe they’re still working out the kinks in how they run things. Could be staffing issues, could be management still figuring out their groove — hard to say. The Wi-Fi worked fine when I was there (always my first test), and the water pressure was actually better than I expected, which is saying something. But then you’ve got little things like the air conditioning that sounds like it’s having an existential crisis every time it kicks on, or how the elevator makes this subtle grinding noise that makes you wonder if today’s the day it finally gives up.

Here’s the thing though — if you’re looking for a place to crash that’s got more space than your typical hotel room and you don’t mind trading some of the polished hotel experience for apartment-style flexibility, it might work for you. Just don’t go in expecting miracle-level service or those little touches that make you feel pampered. It’s more like staying at a friend’s place, if that friend was really into beige and bought all their stuff from a “contemporary living” showroom. The location’s got potential depending on what you’re after, though without knowing the exact neighborhood it’s tough to say if you’ll be walking distance from the good stuff or if you’ll be doing a lot of cab rides.
