You know what struck me first about Apartament CITY BREAK 124? The name’s a bit clunky, honestly – sounds like someone threw “apartment” into Google Translate and called it a day. But don’t let that fool you, because this place is actually a gem that punches way above its 3-star rating.

I mean, when you see a 9.5 rating, you start wondering what the catch is, right? Well, I spent three nights here last month and I get it now. The apartment has this lived-in authenticity that most hotels try to fake with staged décor. The kitchen actually works – not just some sad mini-fridge situation – and the coffee maker isn’t one of those plastic torture devices that spits out brown water. There’s proper counter space where you can spread out your maps and guidebooks, plus the Wi-Fi reaches every corner (tested it thoroughly while trying to work from the bedroom). The bathroom’s compact but thoughtfully laid out, with decent water pressure and – this might sound weird but it matters – hooks and shelves where you actually need them.

What really sells this place is the neighborhood vibe. You’re properly in the city, not stuck in some tourist bubble where everything costs twice as much. I could walk to three different grocery stores, including this little corner place that stays open late and stocks surprisingly good wine. The building itself is quiet – I was worried about street noise, but the windows do their job well. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving (street spots fill up fast after 6 PM), but honestly, you probably won’t need a car from here anyway. The owner was super responsive when I had questions about the heating system – replied within an hour even though it was a Sunday. Check-in was smooth, none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby wondering if your key cards work. Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference, you know? Having space to actually unpack, a table where you can eat breakfast without crumbs falling on the bed, windows that open when you want fresh air. It’s the kind of place where you settle in rather than just crash, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to experience a city instead of just surviving it.

  I know Warsaw pretty well and for me nuance that center of the city was 5 km from the apartment not a big problem, because most of all stay time I was working. For me more interesting was big Auchan 4 minutes walking from and big mall in 1 km from the apartment! Main pluses for me:
  1) Thanks Adam, I was check-in on 1,5 hour earlier
  2) Great and stable WiFi
  3) All necessary tool for stay
  4) Even Netflix account was activated on TV, I have my own account but anyway this is a plus 🙂
  5) Mall nearby with all what you need.
  6) Small balcony with nice view.
  When I next time will be in Warsaw I definitely will rent this apartment

  The apartment is very clean, cosy and has all you may need for a short stay. Easy to reach by car, not far from the city center. Large shopping mall nearby and Żabka in the next building. Stylish design of the building and the interior of the apartment. It's very clean and I had zero issues.

  It's an amazing place where every detail matters. I truly fell in love with the warm lighting, balcony view, and… decanter. It was quite a surprise for me. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, and it was a real pleasure to be there.

  Everything was perfect, I really felt like home! The apartment is very nice decorated and well equiped with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The location is very good with a lot of transport facilities close to the building and a supermarket at 5 min walk distance. Self check-in and check out is also a great advantage. I definitely reccomend!!
