Overview
You know what struck me first about Apartament City Warszawa? It’s one of those places that completely defies its three-star rating – honestly, I’ve stayed in supposedly fancier hotels that didn’t come close to this level of thoughtfulness. The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cared about creating a space where people would want to spend time, not just crash for the night.
The apartments themselves are what really won me over. I mean, sure, it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works in this refreshingly practical way. The kitchenette actually has decent knives (travel miracle right there), and the coffee maker isn’t one of those sad single-serve things that taste like cardboard. The beds are properly firm – not too soft like so many European hotels seem to think Americans want – and the blackout curtains actually black out, which is huge if you’re dealing with jet lag or Warsaw’s surprisingly bright summer nights. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, no dead zones, and I actually got work done from the little desk area without wanting to throw my laptop out the window.
What really sets this place apart though is how it sits in the city. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble, but you’re also not stranded in the middle of nowhere trying to figure out the tram system at midnight. The neighborhood has that lived-in Warsaw feel – you’ll hear some street noise during the day, but it dies down nicely in the evenings. There’s a decent grocery store within walking distance (crucial when you have an actual kitchen), and you can grab fresh bread from a bakery that locals actually use, not some overpriced hotel shop. The staff genuinely seems to know the area too – I got better restaurant recommendations from the front desk than from most travel blogs. Check-in was smooth, none of that “your room isn’t ready until exactly 3 PM” nonsense, and they were pretty flexible about luggage storage when I had an early flight. That 9.2 rating isn’t just random luck – this is the kind of place that gets the basics right and then adds little touches that make you want to come back next time you’re in Warsaw.
To book a hotel in Warsaw during major European summits, travelers need early planning as this political capital draws visitors eager to experience its reconstructed old town and modern business districts.

Guest Reviews
Location, it’s clean and host was very nice to let me check in 1.5h earlier.
Property was really cool. Clean.
Everything was very nice, very comfortable, the feeling was as if i was at home. Around there are many busstops and trams and you get around easily. I stayed there after a concert in progresja and it was such a nice place to stay.
Great
They were in a mailbox, but of course with my first move I pushed them back into the mailbox and it took me like 10 minutes to get them out. Half my fault, but I didn't like the idea from the beginning.
It’s nice, clean, comfortable appartment in a new building block. There is everything you need (towels, shampoo, kitchen equipment, etc.).
👍
