This place completely changed how I think about staying in Warsaw’s city center, and that 9.8 rating? Yeah, it’s actually deserved.

The thing is, this isn’t technically a hotel at all – it’s more like having your own perfectly curated apartment right in the heart of everything. I mean, you’re literally steps away from the Royal Castle and Old Town Square, but somehow you avoid all that tourist trap chaos. The building itself has this understated elegance that locals seem to prefer over the flashy chains. What really got me was the attention to detail inside – everything from the kitchen setup (and I actually cook when I travel) to the way they’ve arranged the living space just makes sense. The bed is honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, which matters when you’re doing a lot of walking around Warsaw’s cobblestone streets. And you know what’s funny? The shower pressure is incredible, which sounds silly but try finding that consistently in European city centers.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking – the location is absolutely perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives there. You’re close enough to walk to Krakowskie Przedmieście for that classic Warsaw boulevard experience, but you’re also near enough to the Vistula riverbank for morning runs (the sunrise views are pretty spectacular, actually). The neighborhood has this lived-in feeling where you’ll find yourself grabbing coffee at spots that don’t even have English menus, which I love. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving – I mean, it’s central Warsaw, so that’s expected – but honestly, you won’t need a car for anything. The apartment setup means you can stock up at the local markets and actually prepare some meals, which saves money and gives you an excuse to explore the food scene beyond restaurants. I spent way more time than planned just hanging out in the living area, planning my days and honestly just enjoying having space to spread out. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself extending your stay if you can, and at three stars with nearly perfect ratings, it feels like Warsaw’s best-kept secret that won’t stay secret much longer.

  Instrukcja zameldowania przesłana na czas – Pani gospodarz bardzo miła – dzwoniła do mnie z zapytaniem, kiedy będziemy i czy wszystko w porządku. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, wszystko nowe, urządzone gustownie. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba – czysta pościel, ręczniki, do dyspozycji kawa, herbata, cukier, pełne wyposażenie kuchni – nawet nożyczki, które potrzebowałam. Na przywitanie ucieszył nas widok dekoracji świątecznych. Polecam z całego serducha.

  Mieszkanie w centrum miasta, komfortowe (dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach i w opisie), doskonale wyciszone, z zewnątrz nie dochodziły żadne odgłosy, bardzo ciepłe, (regulacja temperatury na termostatach na grzejnikach działała doskonale a na zewnątrz było 2 stopnie) na parterze budynku sklep żabka. Bardzo blisko stacja metra linii M-2(rondo ONZ) ,można podjechać dwa przystanki do stacji Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet i stamtąd piechotką 10 min. na Krakowskie Przedmieście( całodobowy bilet na metro i inne środki transportu to 15 zł w pierwszej strefie) Po całym dniu zwiedzania powrót do tego mieszkania to czysta przyjemność . Pani właścicielka przesympatyczna osoba, bardzo pomocna.

  Квартира расположена в очень хорошем месте, рядом торговый центр, продуктовые магазины, Жд станция Варшава центральная. В квартире есть все необходимое, укомплектована полностью .Рекомендую!

  Apartament czysty, w dobrej lokalizacji. Łozka bardzo wygodne. Pani właścicielka bardzo miła. Bez problemu zgodziła się na wcześniejsze o godzinę zameldowanie. Wszysko na plus.

  Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Piękne mieszkanie, świeżo po remoncie. Kontakt z właścicielka był niesamowity, bardzo pomocna w każdej kwesti. Nawet potrafiła oddzwonić po 22 na wysłanego sms, aby poodpowiedziec jak załączyć nowoczesne wiatraki podsufitowe. W te gorączki "uratowaly" nam życie 😉😉

  Mieszkanie położone w samym centrum, co bardzo ułatwia szybkie i bezproblemowe poruszanie się po mieście. Komfort mieszkania znakomity, wygląd identyczny jak na zdjęciach – schludno i wygodnie. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna 🙂
