You know what? Apartament Kapelanów completely surprised me – and I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But sometimes those unassuming spots turn out to be exactly what you need, and this one’s got that perfect “feels like home but better” vibe going on.

The apartment itself is way more spacious than the photos suggest (isn’t it always the opposite?). I mean, you walk in and there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re playing Tetris with your suitcase. The kitchen – and this is important if you’re like me and can’t survive on restaurant food for more than three days – actually works. Not just “oh look, a cute mini fridge and hot plate” works, but genuinely functional with decent cookware and everything. I made proper breakfast there multiple mornings, which saved me a ton of money and honestly just felt nice. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which matters when you’re trying to video call home or get some work done.

What really stands out is how quiet it gets at night. I’m someone who usually packs earplugs because city accommodations can be brutal, but I didn’t need them here. The neighborhood has this residential feel where things actually calm down after dinner time – you’ll hear some distant traffic but nothing that’ll keep you up. And the cleanliness? Honestly impressive. Everything felt fresh without that overpowering chemical smell some places hit you with. The bathroom’s compact but well-designed, with good water pressure (always a gamble, right?). Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward waiting around while they figure out your reservation. The whole experience just felt… smooth, I guess? Like someone actually thought about what travelers need instead of just what looks good in photos. That 9.0 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but it nails all the basics so well that you end up really comfortable and surprisingly happy with the choice.

  Everything was perfect.The flat is very cosy all you need is there. Close to the flat is a very nice bakery.Within 200 metres you can find a big supermarket.All the bus stops to downtown are around 3 minutes walking.We highly recomend this flat. Thank you.If we are in Warsaw we will repeat:)

  Very clean, with very good facilities. Close to Lidl and Biedronka supermarkets, a lot of other grocery shops, corner shops, bakeries pharmacies,etc. Lovely apartment block, with very lovely neighbours, it's a nice pleasant area to go for a jog (run) or just a walk around the lake,which is just close by.
