The space itself has that lived-in quality that makes you feel like you’re crashing at a friend’s place rather than just passing through another sterile hotel room. The kitchen – and this is key if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights – actually has everything you need, not just the bare minimum microwave situation you usually get. I’m talking proper cookware, decent knives, even spices left behind by thoughtful previous guests or maybe the owners themselves. The Wi-Fi holds up under pressure too, which honestly saved my trip since I had some work calls that couldn’t wait. There’s something to be said for apartments that don’t treat internet like an afterthought.

What really sells this place though is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble – there are actual locals going about their day, which means real grocery stores, corner cafes where people know each other’s names, that sort of thing. I picked up groceries at this little market about two blocks away where the owner helped me figure out which cheese would work best for the sandwich I was planning (language barrier and all). The building itself is quiet enough that you’re not dealing with paper-thin walls and hallway conversations at 2 AM, but you still get those city sounds that remind you where you are – occasional trams in the distance, people heading out for evening walks.

The whole check-in experience was refreshingly straightforward. No standing around a marble lobby wondering if you’re dressed appropriately, just clear instructions and keys that actually work on the first try. Parking turned out to be less of a nightmare than I expected, though I’d recommend asking about street cleaning schedules if you’re driving – learned that one the slightly expensive way. The shower pressure is solid, which might sound like a weird thing to highlight, but anyone who’s traveled enough knows that’s not always a given. Even the little touches worked – proper hangers in the closet, outlets where you actually need them, curtains that block out light when you want to sleep in.

Honestly, the 9.9 rating makes sense once you spend a few days there. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t, but what it does offer feels intentional and well-maintained. The kind of place where you find yourself making mental notes about booking again next time you’re in town, rather than just counting down until checkout.

  The location is perfect: you can reach everything with tram and bus day and night. The place was more than clean and the owner left coffee capsules and tea bags to us. Moreover one bottle water for each guest. He was really helpful and kind.

  Piotr is an amazing host, willing to explain everything in every detail, organized and available for any help that may arise. The apartment is bright,beautiful and is located in a residential complex, where the surrounding space has been created with a friendly vision to the environment. Also the underground garage is an importand aspect for car owners. Has anything which is essential for a comfortable stay!

  Everything was perfect, sounds like a cliche but I have to say it, we really felt at Home.
  – 5 minutes from bus stop and 6 minutes from tram stop.
  – 15 minutes walk from Arkadia shopping mall.
  – Express supermarket just at the Residence entrance.
  – The apartment was very clean and you have ALL you need, variety of teas, coffee pods, and even a sewing kit 😍
  – Very comfortable bed.
  – Nice and quiet neighborhood.
  – The host is very kind.
