Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name “Apartament Królewska by Your Freedom,” I thought it sounded a bit pretentious. But you know what? This place actually lives up to it. Located right on Królewska Street (which literally means “Royal Street” if your Polish is rusty), this 3-star spot punches way above its weight class with that impressive 9.0 rating, and after staying there, I totally get why.

The thing about Królewska is that you’re basically in the heart of everything without dealing with the tourist circus that hits some of the main squares. I mean, you can walk to the Old Town in maybe ten minutes, but when you come home at night, it’s actually quiet enough to sleep without earplugs – which, honestly, is pretty rare for city center accommodations. The apartment setup is what really makes this place shine though. It’s not trying to be some fancy hotel with marble everything and stuffy lobbies. Instead, you get this comfortable, lived-in feeling that makes you want to actually hang out in your room instead of just crashing there between sightseeing marathons.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to keep that local apartment vibe while still making sure everything actually works properly. You know how sometimes “authentic” places have charming quirks that become less charming when you’re trying to shower with lukewarm water at 7 AM? Not an issue here. The kitchen setup was surprisingly well-equipped too – I ended up grabbing groceries from the little market around the corner and making breakfast a couple mornings, which saved me a decent chunk of change and felt way more relaxed than hunting for café tables during the morning rush. The whole “Your Freedom” part of the name starts making sense when you realize you’re not tied to hotel breakfast times or restaurant schedules. Plus, there’s something satisfying about having your morning coffee while looking out at actual neighborhood life instead of other tourists doing the same thing you’re doing. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward hovering around a front desk while they try to upsell you on room upgrades you don’t need.

  The apartment is awesome. It has everything you need from extra pillows / blankets to a washing machine and coffee capsules! It was easy to find and the apartment was very clean! It is near the centre of Warsaw only 10-12 minutes walking distance from the Palace of Culture and Science and 10-12 minutes from the Old Town of Warsaw! I couldn’t recommend it enough!!
