The apartment itself is properly spacious (not those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture), and whoever designed it actually thought about how people use space. The kitchen has everything you’d need if you want to grab groceries from the nearby Żabka or that bigger Carrefour down the street, though I’ll admit I mostly used it for coffee in the mornings because, well, Warsaw’s food scene is too good to waste time cooking.

What really sold me on this place was the metro connection – and I mean actually convenient, not just marketing speak. Służew metro station is literally a few minutes’ walk, which means you can get to the city center in about 15 minutes without dealing with Warsaw’s traffic (trust me on this one, especially during rush hour). The neighborhood itself has this nice lived-in feel where you’ll see people walking their dogs in the evening and kids playing in the courtyards. It’s quiet enough that I could actually sleep with the windows cracked open, something I definitely can’t say about places closer to the main tourist areas. The building feels solid too – none of those paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation from next door.

I have to say, the 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. The check-in was smooth (they actually answered their phone when I called about arriving late), and the apartment was spotless – like, genuinely clean, not just surface-level tidy. The shower has proper water pressure, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but somehow always is when you’re traveling. There’s decent WiFi throughout, though the signal gets a bit spotty in the bedroom if you’re trying to stream something heavy. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the building entrance can be a bit tricky to find at night since the street lighting isn’t great, but once you know where it is, it’s fine. Overall, it’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should – the kind of spot where you can actually relax and feel settled rather than constantly working around little annoyances. If you’re planning to explore Warsaw properly and want a real base rather than just a place to crash, this is definitely worth considering.
