The moment I walked into Apartament Mokotów, I wasn’t expecting to find such a gem tucked away in what’s honestly one of Warsaw’s more residential neighborhoods. I mean, Mokotów isn’t where most tourists end up – it’s where locals actually live and work – but that’s exactly why this apartment-style hotel feels so refreshingly authentic. The pool (which, let’s be real, isn’t something you see everywhere in Warsaw accommodations) was probably the biggest surprise. It’s not Olympic-sized or anything fancy, but after walking around the city all day, sliding into that water felt absolutely perfect.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment comfort. The space actually feels like someone’s well-designed home rather than a sterile hotel room – there’s proper kitchen equipment (not those sad mini-fridges), decent-sized windows that let in actual light, and honestly, the bed was one of those where you just sink in and don’t want to get up. The area itself is pretty quiet compared to the Old Town chaos, which I appreciated, especially since I’m a light sleeper. You’re about a fifteen-minute tram ride from the center, but there’s something nice about coming back to a neighborhood where people are just going about their normal lives instead of trying to sell you pierogi every five steps.

I have to say, that 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there. The attention to detail is what got me – fresh towels that actually smell good, a coffee setup that doesn’t make you want to cry, and the kind of Wi-Fi that actually works when you need to video call home. The host was genuinely helpful without being intrusive, which is harder to pull off than you’d think. Plus, there’s decent parking nearby (trust me, this matters in Warsaw), and you’re close enough to some really solid local restaurants that haven’t been discovered by every travel blog yet. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can, not because there’s so much to do right there, but because it just feels right. If you want that authentic Warsaw experience without sacrificing comfort – and with the bonus of having a pool to decompress in – this is definitely worth booking.

  This was an excellent apartment in a pleasant location. Magda's husband waited for us when we arrived even though we were slightly late, he even phoned up to check we were Ok. The apartment was very well appointed with many thoughtful little touches to make our stay comfortable, there was even a teapot, which I really appreciated. The kitchen and bathroom were well laid out and the walk in cupboard ideal storage for our luggage and clothes

  Nous avons tout apprécié lors de notre séjour à Varsovie, l'appartement était parfait et a répondu largement à nos attentes.
  Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
  Nous le recommandons pour passer un agréable séjour dans la capitale polonaise. Le métro est proche, ce qui est confortable pour les déplacements.
  Très bonnes relations avec Magda par messages, nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu l'occasion de la rencontrer …!

  Расположение в 5 минутах от станции метро. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. наполнение кухни и ванной комнаты просто супер. Подземный паркинг. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Встретила у подъезда. все рассказала и показала.

Pod ręką sklepy (2 Żabki, Biedronka i market spożywczy), restauracje (sushi, kebab, włoska), salony fryzjerskie dla pań i panów czynne do późna bez zapisów. Stacja metra 150 m od mieszkania. Komunikacja idealna. O lepszej lokalizacji nie mogliśmy marzyć ❤️
