The name actually tells you everything you need to know – it’s right there on Moniuszki street, and honestly, the location alone makes this place worth considering. I mean, when you’re staying somewhere that locals can find without GPS, you’re already winning.

The apartment itself has this sort of understated Polish elegance that I wasn’t expecting from the photos online. It’s a proper 4-star setup, but not in that stuffy, don’t-touch-anything way. More like someone’s well-appointed city flat that they actually live in and love. The Your Freedom management company clearly gets that travelers want space to breathe – you’ll have room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase for your entire stay. The kitchen actually works (shocking, I know), and there’s proper counter space where you can make real coffee in the morning instead of those sad hotel pods.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re basically in the heart of everything. The windows do their job – I barely heard the street noise, which in a city center location is honestly pretty impressive. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation. The 8.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything just works the way it should. The heating keeps up in winter (tested this personally), the wifi doesn’t cut out during video calls, and you’ve got actual closet space. Little things, but they add up when you’re there for more than a quick overnight.

If you’re the type who likes having a neighborhood base rather than feeling like you’re camping in a hotel room, this hits that sweet spot perfectly. You can walk to most places you’d want to see, grab groceries without a major expedition, and actually feel like you’re living somewhere for a bit instead of just passing through.
