  The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment had so many thoughtful personal touches, and everything I could possibly need was provided—from washing machine tablets, kitchen roll, tea, sugar, oil and salt, to good-quality shampoo and body wash. It was clear that the host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn’t working when I arrived. It appeared that someone had packed it with dirty dishes, started it, and left, but then it broke down. As a result, the dishes were still dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell. However, it didn't seem to be the host's fault. The one thing I would suggest for improvement is the rainfall shower head, which didn’t seem to be working properly and appeared to be broken.
