Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into Apartament Park Saski, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment-style stay in the middle of Warsaw. But you know what? This place completely changed my perspective on city accommodations. The building on Marszałkowska feels like you’re stepping into a proper Warsaw residence — not some sterile hotel lobby — and there’s something refreshing about that authenticity.
The Heart of Everything
I mean, the location is just ridiculous in the best possible way. You’re literally in Śródmieście, which is Warsaw’s absolute center, and Park Saski is right there (hence the name, obviously). I could walk to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes, hit up the trendy Nowy Świat street for dinner, or just people-watch in the park when I needed a breather from the city buzz. The couples who stay here clearly get it — there’s something romantic about having your own little Warsaw hideaway while being steps away from everything that matters.
Your Warsaw Home Base
The room itself feels more like borrowing a friend’s well-appointed flat than staying in a typical hotel. There’s a proper kitchen setup, which honestly saved me a fortune on breakfast and late-night snacks. The space has that modern Polish apartment vibe — clean lines, good lighting, and everything you actually need without unnecessary frills. I particularly appreciated having real counter space and a decent-sized fridge, because let’s face it, sometimes you want to grab groceries from the local market and cook something simple.
The Neighborhood Reality
Here’s what I really loved about staying here — you get to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives there. Marszałkowska is this major thoroughfare, so yes, there’s some city noise, but it also means incredible access to public transport, shops, and that constant energy that makes Warsaw so compelling. The building itself sits in a spot where you can duck into quiet side streets when you want calm, but you’re never more than a two-minute walk from the main action. It’s that perfect balance that’s honestly hard to find in most European capitals.
Why Guests Love It
This four-star spot works because it gives you independence without sacrificing comfort or location. I watched other travelers come and go during my stay, and everyone seemed to have that same slightly surprised, pleased expression — like they’d discovered something that felt more authentic than the typical tourist accommodation. The fact that couples rate the location so highly tells you everything you need to know about the romantic potential of having your own little Warsaw retreat. You’re not just visiting the city; you’re temporarily living in one of its most vibrant neighborhoods, with Park Saski as your backyard and the entire historic center as your extended living room.
To book hotel in Warsaw during the famous Warsaw Autumn music festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts history enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Location
What could be improved: The bathroom with the mold and the sofa with the spring coming out
Nice small apartment on good location, good for one person short stay
Location is great, very well connected with the main train station. The old town is 15-20 minutes away by foot, tram station is also nearby. There is a large park in the area. It was easy to check in and out, as the owners sent the instructions the day before the arrival. There is a kettle and induction hob available in the apartment.
What could be improved: Nothing really. It was a bit noisy in the apartment above, but that is nothing that the owner can do about.
Very Good
The room was just what we needed for a few days stay!
A short distance from the center, close to a metro station and nice restaurants and mini markets.
What could be improved: There was noise from the apartment above at night, but not from outside noises.
They provided towels, although small in size, they did not provide personal hygiene items, shower gel, etc.
I think the toilet lid needs to be replaced as it is broken, and the sofa is very uncomfortable, it cannot be used for sleeping, if necessary.
In addition, in the shower, the floor was quite slippery.
Highly recommended
Nice and spacious. 15 minutes walk from central train station and 20 minutes walk to the old town.
Nice communication from the host
What could be improved: Shower gel/shampoo was not there
Pleasant
Location next to city centre, easy to find
What could be improved: The building is next to a busy road so it is very noisy at night. Some parts of the apartment could be replaced and/or more clean
I never gonna book this room again
What could be improved: We had a bad experience about check in and check out. We couldn’t check in on time and we lost our time just to check in. Same problem for check out
Acceptable for short, one night stay
Good location, not far from city center.
What could be improved: The studio could've been cleaner (dirty glasses, smears on the floor). Windows are rather old and when I put my hand by the bottom of it I could feel a lot of cold air coming from outside, which makes the studio rather cold. It's not well isolated so you can hear noises from the street without any problems. Location of the key box is not very convenient, especially in cold/rainy weather.
Comfortable, good value for money
It was spacious with everything you need and excellent location.
Pleasant
Appartment was nice and clean.
Location good with public transport easily available within a short walking distance.
Plenty of local amenities eg shops, bars, restaurants
Pleasant parks and green areas around the location
What could be improved: Apartment sparsely equipped with kitchen equipment.
Curtains didn't fit across the whole window and were so thin that they didn't keep any sunlight out during the day, making the apartment very hot. The sun was shining directly in through the windows all day long, you needed something to protect your eyes. Also poorly fitted as the pole fell down when we drew them. The The bedroom had no curtain to keep out the sun, just nets, so the bedroom was really hot at night.
The settee was very hard and uncomfortable, like a bench, loose cushions had been added but didn't help.
TV didn't work as it didn't have sufficient aerial connection
Bathroom nice and clean but the poor quality toilet seat kept falling appart
Wonderful
The location is great, very calm area, a park and a market nearby.
What could be improved: Internet is missing
