Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address on Marszałkowska, I was a bit skeptical. I mean, it’s right in the thick of things in Śródmieście, and you know how central Warsaw can get pretty hectic. But Apartament Park Saski actually surprised me in the best way. The building itself is one of those classic Warsaw structures that somehow survived everything the city’s been through, and there’s something really authentic about staying there. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Saski Garden (hence the name, obviously), which honestly became my favorite morning coffee spot. The apartment is on the 8th floor – yeah, there’s an elevator, thank god – and the views are actually pretty decent if you get lucky with the room assignment. I could see bits of the park and the bustling street life below, which was entertaining without being too noisy at night.

What I really appreciated was how the place felt like someone’s actual apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen was properly equipped – not just some sad mini-fridge situation – so I could grab groceries from the Żabka downstairs and make breakfast instead of hunting for overpriced tourist cafes every morning. The Wi-Fi was solid (crucial for me since I was working remotely), and the heating worked well, which matters more than you’d think during Warsaw winters. The neighborhood is perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. You’ve got the Palace of Culture right there – love it or hate it, it’s impossible to ignore – and the metro station is close enough that getting around is actually easy. I walked to the Old Town a couple times, which takes about 20 minutes if you don’t mind the stroll through the city center.

The only thing that took some getting used to was the building entrance – it’s one of those old Warsaw apartment buildings where you need to know which buzzer to press, and the hallways have that particular Eastern European apartment building smell, you know what I mean. Not bad, just… distinctive. But once you’re inside the actual apartment, it’s clean and comfortable, with decent water pressure in the shower and blackout curtains that actually work. The bed was surprisingly good – I’m picky about mattresses and this one didn’t leave me complaining. For the price point, especially considering you’re staying right in central Warsaw, it’s honestly a solid choice. I’d definitely book it again, particularly if I was planning a longer stay where having that kitchen and the extra space would really matter. Just don’t expect fancy hotel services – this is more like borrowing a friend’s place, which in my opinion is often way better than the cookie-cutter hotel experience anyway.

  Location is great, very well connected with the main train station. The old town is 15-20 minutes away by foot, tram station is also nearby. There is a large park in the area. It was easy to check in and out, as the owners sent the instructions the day before the arrival. There is a kettle and induction hob available in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really. It was a bit noisy in the apartment above, but that is nothing that the owner can do about.

  The room was just what we needed for a few days stay!
  A short distance from the center, close to a metro station and nice restaurants and mini markets.
  
  What could be improved: There was noise from the apartment above at night, but not from outside noises.
  They provided towels, although small in size, they did not provide personal hygiene items, shower gel, etc.
  I think the toilet lid needs to be replaced as it is broken, and the sofa is very uncomfortable, it cannot be used for sleeping, if necessary.
  In addition, in the shower, the floor was quite slippery.

  Good location, not far from city center.
  
  What could be improved: The studio could've been cleaner (dirty glasses, smears on the floor). Windows are rather old and when I put my hand by the bottom of it I could feel a lot of cold air coming from outside, which makes the studio rather cold. It's not well isolated so you can hear noises from the street without any problems. Location of the key box is not very convenient, especially in cold/rainy weather.

  What could be improved: Apartment sparsely equipped with kitchen equipment.
  Curtains didn't fit across the whole window and were so thin that they didn't keep any sunlight out during the day, making the apartment very hot. The sun was shining directly in through the windows all day long, you needed something to protect your eyes. Also poorly fitted as the pole fell down when we drew them. The The bedroom had no curtain to keep out the sun, just nets, so the bedroom was really hot at night.
  The settee was very hard and uncomfortable, like a bench, loose cushions had been added but didn't help.
  TV didn't work as it didn't have sufficient aerial connection
  Bathroom nice and clean but the poor quality toilet seat kept falling appart
