The fact that it’s tucked away on the sixth floor means you get this nice sense of being above the city buzz while still being right in the thick of things.

I mean, the location is pretty much perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like a local. Plac Zbawiciela is this vibrant square that’s become the unofficial center of Warsaw’s creative scene — you’ve got cafes, bars, and this amazing weekend farmers market that locals actually shop at. What I love is that you’re walking distance from the Palace of Culture, but you’re not stuck in the touristy part of town. Couples seem to get this — they consistently rate the location around 9 out of 10, and honestly, I can see why.

The Space Itself

This four-star setup gives you way more space than a typical hotel room would. The kitchen is actually functional — I’m talking full-size appliances, not those tiny hotel mini-fridges that barely fit a bottle of water. You can cook a proper meal if you want to, which is great when you find amazing ingredients at the local markets. The living area feels lived-in rather than sterile, and the bedroom is comfortable without trying too hard to impress. It’s the kind of place where you can spread out your stuff and actually relax.

Practical Perks

Here’s something that’ll save you headaches — they have parking on site, which is honestly a godsend in this part of Warsaw. Street parking around Śródmieście can be a nightmare, especially on weekends when everyone’s out exploring the neighborhood. The building itself is well-maintained, and while there’s no fancy lobby or concierge service, everything works the way it should. The Wi-Fi is solid, the water pressure is good, and the heating actually keeps the place warm during those chilly Warsaw winters.

What really makes this place work is how it lets you experience Warsaw without feeling like a tourist passing through. You’re staying in a real neighborhood where people actually live and work — there’s a restaurant on nearly every corner, from traditional Polish spots to trendy new places experimenting with local ingredients.   Location was great. All interesting objects were easily reachable. We used Bolt taxi.
  An apartment needs repairing but it was clean and nicely decorated for festive time.
  
  What could be improved: The main problem was parking. We could leave the car only three streets away from the property. And the price was different from that which was written in the description. 62 zlots it costed per day.
  And other thing which we would like to mention- the host who was very irresponsible when we called to ask about the parking. He didn’t suggest any possibility to park somewhere nearer or to be polite and helpful. And when we told that the price was much higher than he wrote, he suggested to go somewhere else.

  What could be improved: Do not be deceived by the interior of this apartment. When we checked in, we had immense difficulties of parking our car, but this is only the minor issue. Firstly, the wifi is extraordinarily problematic, because it was constantly switching on and off. Secondly, the shower is even more displeasing and to an extent almost not operational. The switch of the shower is broken and the sink hole of the shower is stuffed. We usually have to take very quick shower because of the stuffed pipe and usually had to wait for 30 minutes for the water to fully go away. In conclusion, we had negative experience and the stay was horrendous, and we do not recommend this apartment if you are staying in Warsaw.
