The name basically tells you everything – “Apartament Południowy z balkonem” means “Southern Apartment with balcony,” and honestly, that balcony is exactly why you’d want to stay here. I mean, when you’re dealing with a 3-star place that somehow pulls a 9.9 rating, there’s got to be something special going on.

The moment I stepped inside, I got it. This isn’t one of those cookie-cutter hotel rooms where everything feels sterile and impersonal. It’s actually set up like someone’s well-loved apartment that they’ve opened up to travelers – which, let’s face it, is probably exactly what it is. The southern exposure means you’re getting natural light pretty much all day, and that balcony? Well, it’s not huge, but it’s perfectly sized for two people to have morning coffee or evening wine without feeling cramped. I spent way more time out there than I expected, just watching the neighborhood come alive in the mornings and wind down at night.

What really won me over was how the owner clearly thought about what travelers actually need. The kitchen setup is simple but functional – you can make a proper breakfast or heat up leftovers from exploring the area without any fuss. The bed situation works well for two people (though if you’re not comfortable sharing space, this obviously isn’t for you). And here’s something I appreciated that you don’t always get in budget places – decent water pressure and a bathroom that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. The whole place has this lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than just passing through. Sure, it’s not luxury – you’re not getting room service or a concierge desk – but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. The 9.9 rating makes total sense when you consider what this place is actually trying to be: a comfortable, authentic base for exploring, not a destination in itself. If you’re the type who spends most of your time out and about but wants to come back to somewhere that feels like home rather than a hotel room, this little apartment delivers exactly that.

  The property is bigger and nicer than what's seen in the photos. The place is PERFECTLY clean and it has all the necessary and more for warm and cozy holidays. The location is great, 10-15 min walking from the old town, the area and also the building are really quiet. We will definitely come back in our next trip to Warsaw 🙂 thanks to the owners for the attention and details.

  Lovely apartment. Nicely decorated. Everything seemed very new. Very clean. Has everything you need – very well stocked. Perfect location, close to train station and old town. Nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants/ cafes.
  Communication with the host couldn’t have been better. Very lovely lady, nothing was too much trouble. Flexible with check in and out. Will come back if I’m ever in a Warsaw again.

  Dobra lokalizacja w centrum około 15-20 minut do złotych tarasów. Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Łatwe samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Działająca winda. Bardzo ładne i czyste mieszkanie na piątym piętrze. Duży balkon z ładnym widokiem na pałac kultury. Wygodne łóżko. Czysta pościel i ręczniki. W pokoju telewizor.
  Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia w sprzęty takie jak czajnik, mikrofala, lodówka, zamrażarka, ekspres do kawy, płyta indukcyjna, zmywarka. Kuchnia wyposażona również w kawę, herbatę, cukier, śmietankę oraz środki czystości np. kapsułki do zmywarki. Duży plus również za bardzo dobrze wyposażoną łazienkę. Suszarka, mop, żel do kąpieli, szampon, odżywka do włosów, płyn micelarny i wiele, wiele więcej. Bardzo dużo jednorazowych rzeczy takich jak jednorazowe kapcie, szczoteczki do zębów, zestawy do szycia, maseczki, gumki do włosów oraz płyn do dezynfekcji powierzchni. Bardzo dobre miejsce na długie jak i krótkie wyjazdy. Polecam.
