Honestly, when I first saw “Apartament przy Atrium” on my booking confirmation, I figured it was just another generic apartment rental near Warsaw’s business district. But you know what? This place actually surprised me in the best way possible.

The location is what really makes this spot special – I mean, being right by Rondo ONZ metro station means you’re basically plugged into Warsaw’s main artery. You can hop on the M1 line and be at the Old Town in maybe fifteen minutes, or catch a quick ride to Centralna station if you’re heading to the airport. The Atrium building itself is one of those sleek glass towers that locals either love or hate (I’m somewhere in the middle), but what matters is that everything you need is within walking distance. There’s a decent grocery store in the basement level, and honestly, the whole area comes alive during lunch hours when office workers flood the nearby cafés and food trucks.

What struck me most about staying here was how quiet it gets once you’re inside, despite being in the heart of all that urban buzz. The apartment itself feels properly lived-in rather than sterile – you know that sweet spot where everything’s clean and modern but doesn’t feel like a showroom? The kitchen actually has proper cooking equipment (not just a sad hotplate), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. I particularly appreciated the windows – Warsaw can feel pretty gray sometimes, especially in winter months, but you get solid natural light here during the day. The wifi held up perfectly fine for work calls, which isn’t always a given in these converted apartment situations.

Check-in was straightforward enough, though I’d recommend confirming the exact building entrance beforehand since the Atrium complex is pretty massive and you might find yourself wandering around looking for the right door (speaking from experience here). Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – street spots are scarce, and the paid garage rates aren’t exactly budget-friendly, but that’s just Warsaw city center for you. The area tends to quiet down significantly after office hours, which I found perfect for actually getting some rest, though weekends bring a different energy with people heading to the nearby restaurants and bars. If you’re the type who likes exploring on foot, you’re well-positioned to wander toward the river or duck into some of the side streets where locals hang out. Just pack comfortable walking shoes – those beautiful old cobblestones in parts of the district aren’t exactly forgiving on your feet after a long day.

  The apartment was a good size. It had everything you could wish for in terms of facilities. It was very clean, very quiet and felt very safe. Location was fantastic with everything, shops,mall,trams,buses, and train virtually on your doorstep. Old Town about 30min walk.From the airport we took bus 175, around 4 zl, to centrum, then taxi, to apartment cost 5zl as it was just a few blocks away. Also Joanna responds very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again if in Warsaw.

  The first time I rented an apartment, I usually stayed in a hotel because I was afraid that I might have problems getting to the apartment or finding the keys. The message I received after paying for my reservation with photos, step by step, on how to get to the apartment was very helpful. I couldn't believe how easy it was. The apartment is located in the city center. The Palace of Culture and Science, the city center train station or a shopping center are within walking distance. Downstairs is the local shop and restaurant. The apartment had all the necessary things, such as: coffee, tea, coffee machine, kettle, water/coffee/wine glasses, iron, pots, dishwasher and much more. I only stayed one night, but you could easily stay there for a week and feel at home.The apartment can easily accommodate a couple or even a family with a child because there is a closed living room with a fold-out sofa.

  Excellent apartment, really clean which is one of the most important points for us and provided with a lot of different details that matter. The host was always in touch, they electricity was off in the block of flats for ~an hour and the host answered immediately and even offered to move us to another flat if necessary (although of course, we could wait for an hour:) So grateful for such service. We liked both the apartment and the location so this one is definitely worth staying at. Thank you!

  This apartment is great! Excellent location (5 min. to the very center) . There are plenty of cafes around to grab a bite to eat. The apartment itself is clean, fresh, trendy, everything you need for your stay. The hostess is very kind and friendly, we had a question and she helped to solve it without any problems.
