Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment hotel right across from Poland’s National Stadium, but this place completely surprised me. The location on Skaryszewska Street is actually brilliant – you’re literally staring at the stadium from your window (which is pretty cool even if you’re not a football fan), but what I didn’t realize until I got there is how well-connected this spot is. The Stadion Narodowy metro station is basically a two-minute walk, and from there you can zip into central Warsaw in maybe fifteen minutes. The Praga Południe district has this interesting mix of old Warsaw grit and new development – there’s a decent Żabka convenience store right around the corner, and I found this surprisingly good pierogi place called Bar Prasowy just a few blocks down that locals seem to actually eat at.

The apartment itself feels way more upscale than the 4-star rating suggests, honestly. I mean, the kitchen is properly equipped – not just the usual hotel kitchenette with a broken coffee maker and two plates. You’ve got a full-size fridge, decent cookware, and even a dishwasher, which came in handy since I ended up cooking a few meals there. The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the Wi-Fi actually worked well enough for video calls, which isn’t always a given in Warsaw apartments. One thing that struck me was how quiet it stays despite being so close to the stadium – I was worried about noise from events, but the windows are clearly good quality and I barely heard anything even when there was a match happening. The check-in process was smooth too, though you’ll want to coordinate timing since it’s not like a traditional hotel desk.

What really won me over was the neighborhood vibe once you start exploring a bit. The Vistula riverbank is maybe a ten-minute walk, and there’s this nice path along the water where locals jog and walk their dogs – it’s one of those spots that feels authentically Warsaw rather than touristy. If you’re into the whole hipster coffee scene, there’s been some development in Praga lately with decent cafes popping up, though you’ll still want to cross the river for the really good stuff in the city center. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but there are options nearby if you’re driving. The 9.7 rating makes total sense to me – it’s one of those places that just works well, you know? Nothing flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything you need is there and done properly. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I had tickets to something at the stadium or just wanted a reliable base that’s connected to the city but feels a bit more residential and real.

  The location is ideal for Warsaw East Station and is ideally located for busses and trams
  The flat is excellent, the beds are good.
  The kitchen is well appointed with a great fridge.

  The location is perfect for the PGE, walking distance. There is a tram 100 metre walk from the apartment which brings you to the city centre. The apartment itself is very spacious and well laid out. Small touches in the rooms like phone/tablet chargers was great.

  The landlord is very nice, the room layout is very elegant, the kitchen is small but warm, each room has its own window. It is very close to the tram stop, and there is also a big supermarket nearby.
  Car parking is free and easy.
  The best part is that there is also a capsule coffee maker in the kitchen. There are also many spare parts in the bathroom.
  We love it very much .

  Very nice place to stay, everything clean, and also the owners help with everything if needed. Grat location, zoo 15min walk away, store 1min and 4min away.

  The apartment was perfect for us. We had three sleeping – rooms and two toilets which was perfect for us four. plus a lot of space in a living-/dining area.
  The apartment is near public transport, but the old town or several other places are also reachable by a bit of walking. Uber also always one nearby.
  
  The apartment had all the things which were quite convenient like in the kitchen a water cooker with a lot of teabags, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with different capsels, a microwave, a stove, oven, plates, pots, cutlery etc.
  Everything was nice and clean.
  
  The area around is still in developing phase but it felt safe and the people we met were all nice and helpful, even if we didn't speak polish.
  The Owner were always reachable and helped, if needed.
  
  What could be improved: The beds are OK, but a bit fragile – I am sure the owner, one day will replace them to adjust them to the standard of the rest of the apartment ☺
  It was a bit tricky to find the underground garage, then all the codes and entrance chips, which at the end was simple, but we were driving all night and a step by step plan could have been helpful.

  The accommodation was truly amazing, location was great. The object was secured so we felt safe leaving car in the parking lot. Close the us was store, metro station and tram stop. In the accommodation we had everything we needed, from slippers to coffee and also snack and cold water waiting for us. We were travelling as a group of 4 people so 3 bedrooms were amazing. The kitchen was big and we felt comfortable there. 100% recommend this accommodation:)

  Ich bin so froh diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Alles war perfekt: die Wohnung selbst, die Lage (Stadion fußläufig erreichbar), die netten Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, geräumig und mit allem (und mehr) ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Warschau kommen hoffe ich, die Wohnung wieder mieten zu können.

  바로 인근에 버스, 트램, 기차역 등이 있어 접근성이 뛰어남. 생활에 필요한 시설이 골고루 잘 갖춰져 있음. 호스트가 안내를 친절하게 상세히 잘해줌.
