Overview

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment hotel right across from Poland’s National Stadium, but this place completely surprised me. The location on Skaryszewska Street is actually brilliant – you’re literally staring at the stadium from your window (which is pretty cool even if you’re not a football fan), but what I didn’t realize until I got there is how well-connected this spot is. The Stadion Narodowy metro station is basically a two-minute walk, and from there you can zip into central Warsaw in maybe fifteen minutes. The Praga Południe district has this interesting mix of old Warsaw grit and new development – there’s a decent Żabka convenience store right around the corner, and I found this surprisingly good pierogi place called Bar Prasowy just a few blocks down that locals seem to actually eat at.

The apartment itself feels way more upscale than the 4-star rating suggests, honestly. I mean, the kitchen is properly equipped – not just the usual hotel kitchenette with a broken coffee maker and two plates. You’ve got a full-size fridge, decent cookware, and even a dishwasher, which came in handy since I ended up cooking a few meals there. The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the Wi-Fi actually worked well enough for video calls, which isn’t always a given in Warsaw apartments. One thing that struck me was how quiet it stays despite being so close to the stadium – I was worried about noise from events, but the windows are clearly good quality and I barely heard anything even when there was a match happening. The check-in process was smooth too, though you’ll want to coordinate timing since it’s not like a traditional hotel desk.

What really won me over was the neighborhood vibe once you start exploring a bit. The Vistula riverbank is maybe a ten-minute walk, and there’s this nice path along the water where locals jog and walk their dogs – it’s one of those spots that feels authentically Warsaw rather than touristy. If you’re into the whole hipster coffee scene, there’s been some development in Praga lately with decent cafes popping up, though you’ll still want to cross the river for the really good stuff in the city center. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but there are options nearby if you’re driving. The 9.7 rating makes total sense to me – it’s one of those places that just works well, you know? Nothing flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything you need is there and done properly. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I had tickets to something at the stadium or just wanted a reliable base that’s connected to the city but feels a bit more residential and real.

Ich bin so froh diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Alles war perfekt: die Wohnung selbst, die Lage (Stadion fußläufig erreichbar), die netten Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, geräumig und mit allem (und mehr) ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Warschau kommen hoffe ich, die Wohnung wieder mieten zu können.

Amazing

The accommodation was truly amazing, location was great. The object was secured so we felt safe leaving car in the parking lot. Close the us was store, metro station and tram stop. In the accommodation we had everything we needed, from slippers to coffee and also snack and cold water waiting for us. We were travelling as a group of 4 people so 3 bedrooms were amazing. The kitchen was big and we felt comfortable there. 100% recommend this accommodation:)

What could be improved: Nothing. There was not AC but we had fans so it was manageable in summer
