You know what, I was honestly surprised by this place when I first walked up to 32 Świętokrzyska – it’s one of those apartment-style hotels that doesn’t scream “tourist accommodation” from the street, which I actually loved. The building sits right in the heart of Śródmieście, and I mean literally in the thick of things. You’re basically a two-minute walk from the Palace of Culture (that massive Stalin-era tower you can’t miss), and the whole area buzzes with that perfect mix of business people rushing to meetings and locals just going about their day. The entrance is pretty understated – I actually walked past it the first time because I was expecting something more hotel-like, but once you’re inside, the apartments are genuinely well put together. Mine had this clean, modern vibe without feeling sterile, and honestly, the kitchen setup was way better than I expected for a 3-star place. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times just because I could, and there’s a Żabka convenience store literally around the corner if you need supplies.

The location thing is where this place really shines, though – and I don’t mean that in a generic “convenient location” way. I’m talking about being able to walk to Nowy Świat in about eight minutes, hitting up the old town in fifteen if you’re moving at a decent pace, or just wandering down to the Vistula when the weather’s nice. The tram stops are everywhere around here (Dworzec Centralny is super close), so getting around Warsaw is actually pretty painless. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – you’d think being this central would mean constant noise, but the windows do their job, and the street itself isn’t one of those main thoroughfares that never sleeps. I mean, you’ll hear some city sounds, but nothing that kept me up. The whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that overly formal hotel reception desk drama, just practical and friendly. One thing though – parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, so I’d definitely recommend figuring that out beforehand or just embracing the public transport situation. The building itself has that solid, pre-war Warsaw feel (well, rebuilt post-war, but you know what I mean), and there’s something satisfying about staying somewhere that feels like part of the actual city fabric rather than some isolated tourist bubble. For the price point and that 8.3 rating, it honestly delivers – especially if you’re the type who wants to experience Warsaw like you’re temporarily living there rather than just passing through.

  THe biggest asset of the property is its central location with great views of the Warsaw skyline. Overall the property has all the amenities that are required for short and comfortable stay.

  Clean, nice facilities.
  Great location, just opposite of the Palace of culture and direct balcony view on it, 5 min walk from the Central Railway station/Zlote Tarasy mall, about 25 min walk from the Old Town or Lazienki park, 15 min from Nowy Swiat where you can find nice beer bars.
  Also great public transport provided nearby by bus, metro etc.

  The place is just in front of the Palace of Culture and Science and less than 10 minutes to walk to train of Central Warsaw and all other tourist spot like old town etc. Tram or bus is everywhere. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The host is nice and helpful. I had a chance to check in earlier which I am happy after a long day trip.
  
  What could be improved: It was too noisy outside, I didn't sleep as I am a light sleeper but its Saturday evening and it's already expected and for a weekend trip is not that bad 🙂

  The location was fantastic, and Warsaw itself was absolutely amazing!
  
  What could be improved: The accommodation appears tired and in need of an update. The coffee machine had stagnant, dirty water inside, emitting an unpleasant smell and requiring immediate cleaning. Most concerning was a persistent sewage odor originating from the bathroom, which eventually spread throughout the apartment, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. Despite contacting the owner about the issue, I received no response. These matters need urgent attention to improve the guest experience. Hence why I've marked it as a 5.0.

  What could be improved: Coffee machine leaks, got locked in the bathroom and it appears to have happened to others as the lock is torn, unclean and not maintained at all (pictures must be of the begining and far from current state!) A lot of the lights didn't even get bulbs replaced so it was dark. Windows do not seal sound. Bad smell. Not recommended.
