Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first booked Apartament Warszawa Śródmieście, I was a bit skeptical about staying in Wola. I mean, it’s not exactly the postcard-perfect Old Town that everyone raves about. But you know what? This turned out to be one of those happy accidents that makes you feel like you actually discovered something. The apartment sits right on Grzybowska, which honestly is perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Warsaw rather than just visiting it. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palace of Culture (yeah, that massive Stalin-era tower you can’t miss), but more importantly, you’re surrounded by the kind of cafés and pierogi joints where actual Varsovians hang out. The building itself is one of those newer developments – nothing fancy, but clean and well-maintained with a proper elevator that doesn’t make weird grinding noises at 2 AM.
What really surprised me was how quiet apartment 303 actually is, considering you’re right in the thick of things. The windows face away from the main street traffic, so you get natural light without the constant hum of buses and trams that can drive you crazy in other parts of the city. The space feels bigger than typical European apartment rentals – there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase the entire time. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka downstairs (there’s always a Żabka), and I spent more mornings than I expected drinking coffee at the little table by the window, watching the neighborhood wake up. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby wondering if you’re supposed to tip someone.
Here’s the thing that sold me on this place: the location is genuinely useful. You’re about a ten-minute walk to Rondo ONZ metro station, which connects you to basically everywhere you want to go, but you’re also close enough to just wander into Śródmieście on foot when the weather’s decent. I found myself walking to the old Jewish quarter pretty regularly – it’s maybe fifteen minutes if you don’t mind a little stroll. The area around Grzybowska has this interesting mix of old Warsaw grit and new development energy that feels authentic rather than touristy. There’s a solid Vietnamese place two blocks down that locals actually eat at, and a late-night convenience store that saved me more than once when I realized I’d forgotten to buy water. The 9.4 rating honestly makes sense – it’s not trying to be a luxury experience, but everything works the way it should, the space is comfortable, and you end up feeling like you’re staying somewhere real rather than in some sanitized hotel bubble. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to actually experience a city rather than just check off landmarks, this spot delivers without any pretense.
Hotels in Warsaw offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this resilient metropolis, with easy access to museums, theaters, and historical landmarks.

Extremely nice apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, good location. Shop is nearby. Parking is available near the property just for 10 PLN for day.
Excellent apartment and excellent location. Good for a group of friends. – Kereplaz from Lithuania – May 16, 2024 (10/10)
The apartment is close to a subway station, its clean and has everything you need, even for a longer stay, even if you wish to cook at home. Beds were good and firm, bath is small but surprisingly comfortable. There is nothing really wrong with the apartment, and for the price is quite perfect.
What could be improved: You will not get english from the parking uncle at the gate, the gates operate oddly without logic. Once you get in though the parking lot had enough space close to the entrance.Great location and very clean – Yutta from Slovakia – December 28, 2023 (9/10)
Located right in the middle of the downtown (Śródmieście), 7-min walk to the food zone of the Fabryka Norblin, various public transport stations nearby, cheap parking near the building

Location good, with all the nice eat outs, and relatively clise to downtown. Apartment comfy with enough space and decent bathroom. Coffee machine, fridge and facilities all as expected.
What could be improved: It would be all great but the tobacco smells and dirty hallways that spoil otherwise nice place.Exceptional – Trakienė from Lithuania – August 3, 2023 (10/10)
