That’s exactly what you get with Apartament Wspólna 59 – and trust me, that 9.6 rating isn’t just people being generous.

I mean, Wspólna Street itself tells you everything you need to know about this place. It’s one of those streets that locals actually use to get around (not just tourists stumbling through), which means you’re surrounded by proper cafes where they know how to pull an espresso, little shops that stay open past the arbitrary tourist hours, and that authentic Warsaw energy that’s hard to find in the old town these days. The apartment sits right in this sweet spot where you can walk to the serious stuff – I’m talking about places like the National Museum or Łazienki Park – but you’re also close enough to Nowy Świat that you won’t spend half your day on trams. And speaking of trams, there’s actually a stop pretty close by, though I found myself walking more than I expected because, well, everything just felt accessible.

What really got me about this place was how it manages to feel like a proper Warsaw apartment without all the quirks that usually come with staying in someone’s converted flat. The space feels thoughtfully put together – not like they just threw some IKEA furniture at the walls and called it a day. You’ve got room to actually unpack (revolutionary concept, I know), and the kitchen setup means you can grab ingredients from the local Żabka or one of the smaller grocery stores and actually cook something decent. The building itself has that solid, pre-war Warsaw character – thick walls that actually keep noise out, high ceilings that make everything feel more spacious than the square footage suggests. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward “meet me at this random corner with a mysterious key handoff” situation you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The whole thing just works, you know? It’s the kind of place where you settle in on the first night and think, “Yeah, I could actually live here for a week” instead of counting down the days until you can sleep in your own bed again.

  This is a clean, pleasant and well-equipped apartman, close to the railway station, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The landlady is very helpful, she let us chek in earlier (due to our airplane arriving in the morning).
  The bed was really comfortable.
  In Warsaw there are a lot of sights (parks, castles and museums). We enjoyed ourselves there and can recommend visiting the city.

  Good location. The apartment is centrally located. Easy to get from the airport and also to anywhere in the city. Near the subway, bus stop and train station. The street is quiet. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need. Good wi-fi. There is a place to work. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The hostess is very friendly, will help and tell you everything you need. Thank you very much, we had a great time in Warsaw!

  It s really nice, it is located in the center close to metro, train, resturants, shopping malls, super markets etc.
  You have all you need, even water, shampoo, all kinds of soaps, coffe, sugar, oil and alot more-look like they thought almost on everything
  It is big, with a big equiped kitchen, very clean and comfort.

  Large apartment, high ceiling. Everything you need, both standard things and pleasant trifles. Lots of different towels. All tableware and crockery, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper. Note paper, board games! And much more… Very close to the train station. Quiet area. A lively area with shopping centers and restaurants is a 10-minute walk away. The owner of the apartment sent very detailed instructions with photos on how to find destination and keys.
