You know what, I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first booked Apartamenty Bliska Praga by Noclegi Renters – I mean, the name’s a mouthful and Praga Północ isn’t exactly where most tourists end up. But after staying there twice now, I’m actually kind of glad it’s still flying under the radar. The building on Kijowska sits in this quiet residential pocket that feels authentically Warsaw, where you’ll hear Polish conversations drifting from balconies and see locals walking their dogs instead of tour groups snapping selfies. It’s maybe a 15-minute tram ride to the Old Town (the 23 line is your friend here), but honestly, some of my favorite discoveries happened just wandering this neighborhood – there’s this incredible pierogi place called Zapiecek just a few blocks away that I never would’ve found if I’d stayed in the touristy center.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious for European standards, with these big windows that actually open (thank god, because Polish summers can get stuffy). The kitchens are properly equipped too – I’m talking real plates, not those flimsy things you usually get, and the coffee maker actually works well. Check-in was smooth both times, though I’d recommend confirming your arrival time because the front desk isn’t 24/7. The Wi-Fi is solid, which matters if you’re working remotely, and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel back-ache. One small thing – the shower pressure varies depending on the time of day, but it’s never terrible, just something to keep in mind if you’re particular about your morning routine.

What really sold me on this place is how it strikes that perfect balance between being in Warsaw but not feeling overwhelmed by it. You’re close enough to catch the metro at Dworzec Wileński when you want to explore (it’s maybe an 8-minute walk), but far enough from the main drags that you can actually sleep at night without drunk tourists stumbling past your window. The Vistula riverbank is right there too – I mean, literally a five-minute stroll – and it’s gorgeous for evening walks, especially when the weather’s nice. Plus, there’s a Żabka convenience store practically next door, which saved me multiple times when I needed snacks or forgot to grab water. The whole area feels safe, even late at night, and parking isn’t the nightmare it is in central Warsaw if you’re driving. I’ve recommended this place to three different friends now, and they’ve all had similar experiences – it just works, you know? It’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it’s the kind of place where you can actually settle in and feel like you’re living in Warsaw for a few days rather than just passing through.

  Apartament w bardzo fajnym punkcie.Dobra komunikacja, w miarę szybki dojazd do centrum Warszawy.Z dziećmi w sam raz, nie trzeba się męczyć samochodem. Apartament bardzo wygodny,przestrzenny i komfortowy. Minus za czystość:łazienka, szczególnie ubikacja. A w kuchni lodówka, czysta, ale straszny zapach w niej, nie dało się go zlikwidować.
  Całościowo byliśmy zadowoleni i polecamy apartament dla rodzin. Nawet, że budynek stoi przy ruchliwej ulicy, to tego nie słychać. Super, że jest parking i winda, duży plus w takim mieście.

  Просторе, зручне, чисте помешкання. В апартаментах є все для комфортного перебування чотирьох дорослих людей. Є паркінг, ціна якого входить в ціну бронювання. Достатньо обладнана кухня для самостійного приготування страв. Протягом всього перебування адміністрація апартаментів була постійно на звʼязку та швидко реагувала на наші запити. Рекомендую апартаменти для перебування у Варшаві.

  Duży przestronny apartament , winda, bezpłatny parking , ekspres do kawy + kilka kapsułkek , dobra komunikacja, czysto:) dodam tez że dzieciom tak się podobało że nie chciały wyjeżdżać 🙂

  What could be improved: парко место высотой 2.0 м, нужно поменять варочную поверхность она очень плохо работает, стиральная машина не работает отжим, я не нашел куда выбрасывается мусор, как у всех владельцев одно и тоже(нет соли и (ополаскиватель) в посудомойке, нет мусорных пакетов, маленькие подушки, один комплект ключей и самое главное нет обувной ложечки )
