The apartments themselves are genuinely well-done – I stayed in one of their premium units and honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my own back home. They’ve got this modern, clean aesthetic going on without being sterile, and the beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses, so this matters). What really sold me was stepping out onto the little balcony in the morning with my coffee and realizing how quiet it was – just birds and the occasional tram in the distance.

The location is where this place really shines, though you might not realize it at first glance. Saska Kępa sits right across the Vistula from the city center, connected by the Poniatowski Bridge, so you’re literally a 10-minute tram ride from everything important. But here’s the insider bit – you’re also walking distance from Saska Kępa Park, which runs right along the river and is absolutely gorgeous for morning runs or evening walks. The check-in process was smooth enough, though it’s one of those keypad entry situations rather than a traditional front desk, so don’t expect concierge service. But for the price point and that 8.3 rating? It makes total sense. You’re getting a proper apartment with space to spread out, a kitchen if you want to cook (the Żabka convenience store is right around the corner for basics), and you’re staying in a neighborhood where actual Varsovians live and work.   We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in a quiet district of Warsaw. The location was perfect—not too far from the city center, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat. The apartment was fully equipped with everything my wife and I needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a delightful surprise; we enjoyed our morning coffee there while watching squirrels play in the nearby trees.

  We were very surprised to find such a cozy and nice little room in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was clean and we were very happy to stay there 😊 The instructions they sent were in Polish, but no worries, google can translate anything and everything was clear. The gate and house are locked and you get a code for them as well. Nice place, we recommend! ❤

  I had almost everything needed. It was really cold outside, luckily they had 3 types of heating – helped a lot. Good transport access, shops and good restaurants close by

  Everything was amazing, beautiful, great location, parked in front of the house, lovely bathroom, self checkin, possibility to work from the apartment. Only one thing – uncomfortable bed.
