Hotel Description
So I stayed at Apartamenty – MI Premium last spring, and honestly? It’s one of those places that gets better the longer you’re there. The location on Krzywe Koło is pretty fantastic – you’re literally in the heart of Śródmieście, which means you can walk to basically everything that matters in Warsaw. I mean, the Old Town is maybe a 15-minute stroll, and you’ve got the Palace of Culture looming right there (love it or hate it, it’s hard to miss). What I really appreciated was being close enough to all the action but on a side street that actually gets quiet at night. You know how some central locations just never settle down? This one does, which was perfect since I’m a light sleeper.
The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-organized friend’s place than a typical hotel – there’s actually a proper kitchen with everything you need, not just a sad mini-fridge and a kettle. The building has this old Warsaw character but the inside is completely modern, which honestly works really well. I was on the third floor (hence the “Piętro” in the address), and while there’s no elevator, the climb isn’t terrible unless you’re hauling massive suitcases. The design is clean and minimalist without being cold, if that makes sense – lots of natural light, decent Wi-Fi, and the bed was actually comfortable, not just acceptable. One thing that surprised me was how well-stocked everything was; they’d thought of little details like proper hangers, enough towels, and even some basic groceries to get you started.
What really sold me on the place was how easy it made exploring Warsaw feel. There’s a great little café called Kawiarnia Kafka just around the corner that locals actually go to (not just tourists), and you’re walking distance from Nowy Świat when you want that classic Warsaw boulevard experience. The tram connections are solid too – I could get to Lazienki Park or even out to Praga without any hassle. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend coordinating arrival times since it’s not a traditional hotel desk situation. The whole experience felt authentic in a way that big chain hotels never quite manage – you’re staying in an actual Warsaw neighborhood, hearing Polish conversations from the courtyard, getting a real feel for how the city actually works. For the price point and that 8.1 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. I’d definitely book it again, especially if I was planning to spend more than just a quick weekend in the city.

Reviews
Excellent stay in general – spacious, comfortable in a very good central location in the old city – Anastasiya from Ukraine – October 21, 2024 (9/10)
All was nice, clean and clear
What could be improved: I have two minor suggestions to improve: having at least two proper glasses for wine in the kitchen, as well as a glass for tooth brushes in the bathroom would be nice. Also, the kitchen stove stopped working on the last evening, so I could not cook dishes for my kids that evening and the following morning- the owner tried to help by providing some advises, but it did not help.Great roomy, quiet apartment in centre – Anonymous from United Kingdom – July 21, 2023 (8/10)
This a great apartment: roomy, very quiet and in a central location. It's been decorated well but now a little tired: some TLC would make it totally fabulous again.
What could be improved: The decor needs updating. It's been fab but now a little tired – insecure sockets and rickety wardrobes. Note its on the top floor – so it's quiet but there are lots of stairs!Close to old town – Claudia from United Kingdom – February 23, 2025 (7/10)
The apartment is right in the old town! The bed was comfortable, and it was clean! Coffee and tea provided.
What could be improved: The radiator didn't work in one of the bedrooms, and I had to sort it out myself. The door in the bedroom didn't close and it was a strong smell of food from the restaurants nearby inside the flat. The flat is a bit worn out, and the photos don't reflect the true appearance of it.Very Good – Darren from United Kingdom – November 14, 2024 (8/10)
Easy check in. Very spacious. Lovely and warm. Lots of complimentary items. Really appreciated the hot drink facilities. Such a good location. I struggled to get in the second door but the host was very helpful on hand even when arriving quite late. Would definitely return here.
What could be improved: Lots of bulbs out. Couple of repairs needed. Bigger towels needed. No batteries in the TV remote – looked a good set up but couldn't use.Very Good – Aliaksandr from Belarus – January 28, 2023 (8/10)
