Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Apartamenty Pańska by Your Freedom on Pańska Street, you immediately get that “I’m in the thick of things” feeling that makes Warsaw so exciting. This four-star property sits right in Śródmieście — honestly, you can’t get more central than this without camping in the Palace of Culture lobby. The building has that classic Warsaw elegance, and when you step inside, there’s this perfect balance between modern comfort and the city’s sophisticated vibe.
Location That Actually Matters
I mean, when couples rate the location 9.0 out of 10, they’re not just being generous — this spot is genuinely special. You’re literally steps from the main shopping streets, and I’ve watched guests pop out for coffee and come back with bags from Nowy Świat without breaking a sweat. The Old Town is an easy stroll, but what I really love is how you can duck into those little side streets and find authentic Polish bistros that tourists walking around the main square never discover. Plus, you know what? The metro connections here make day trips to places like Wilanów Palace totally doable.
The Apartment Experience
Each apartment feels more like a temporary Warsaw home than a hotel room — and that makes all the difference when you’re staying more than a night or two. The kitchen setup is actually functional (I’ve seen too many that are just for show), so you can grab fresh bread from the bakery downstairs and make a proper breakfast. The living spaces have enough room to spread out your city maps and guidebooks without feeling cramped, and the windows let in that beautiful Warsaw light that photographers always rave about.
Neighborhood Rhythms
What really gets me about this location is how you become part of Warsaw’s daily rhythm rather than just observing it. There’s a little restaurant around the corner where locals grab their morning coffee — you’ll start recognizing faces after a few days. The evening energy here is something else too; you can hear the city winding down from your windows, but it’s never overwhelming. I’ve noticed guests often end up extending their stays because they get comfortable with the neighborhood grocery stores, the nearby parks, and those hidden courtyards that make this part of Warsaw feel like a well-kept secret.
Why Guests Love It
The combination of space, location, and that apartment-style independence really hits the sweet spot for travelers who want to experience Warsaw like a local. You’re not stuck with hotel breakfast times or wondering where to find a decent meal at 10 PM — everything’s right outside your door. The property’s 9.3 location score isn’t just numbers on a website; it reflects how guests actually feel when they’re walking these streets, discovering that perfect pierogi place, or realizing they can walk to three different museums without planning their entire day around transportation. It’s Warsaw at its most accessible and authentic.

Wonderful
location - 300m away from Central Warsaw station;
there actually is 3rd bedroom(from photos it looks like just 2 bedrooms);
host responds quickly; practically no noise - it's close to streets with heavy traffic but is not next to it
What could be improved: almost no wardrobes - at least not in the bedrooms; no anti-insect mesh on windows which might be important during summer time; accessibility-wise - there is an elevator, but after entrance door you will have 10 stairs up to reach the elevator;
Perfect option for big families near Railway station
We booked this apartment due to Location and 3 separate rooms. And it is really big and enough space for big families. Walking distance within 10 mins to the Main Railway station with bags and child. Near there are shops and restaurants.
You have everything you need in the apartment, even it looks inside a lit outdated.
Beds are comfy.
Elevator in the building. Self check-in and checkout is the best practice.
So amazing option to stay near station.
What could be improved: It was not a problem for us, but as for me check in at 16 is toooooo late. Considering check out at 11.
I will add more hooks to the bathroom.
Good
Great location, large apartments, everything you need for living, despite the old, shabby furniture, it's quite cozy.
What could be improved: Old, shabby furniture.
Convenient for group of 6 persons.
Location. Near to central train station, shopping centers and another shops. A bit far from old center.
What could be improved: Small bedrooms.
Wonderful
Easy access. We were six guys and although there was only one key we could store it in the safe next to the door. Beds were good. So close to the main station (Centralna) and a 24/7 Żabka is just two minutes away.
What could be improved: The flush was very bad and needed around 15 minutes to be full again. So with six persons you can imagine that it was not very good. We told the owner, hopefully it's better now =)
Wonderful
Location is very central.
Free parking outside.
Quick response,nice place and location, was a good stay
We booked 2 apartments, one of them was perfect the other one was good not bad
What could be improved: One of the apartments wasn’t clean
Wonderful
The flat is nice in a cool location, clean and beds are comfort, kitchen well equipped, there is washing machine, iron and all stuff needed for great stay! Highly recommended.
What could be improved: Only one room was without curtains, but we were in need for only 2 bedrooms out of 3.
Very Good
Good location apartment
What could be improved: No blinds on one bedroom window, broken sink tap but they fixed it, power supply trip switch kept blowing
very good
Everything we needed and location was fabulous, just needed new pillows as they was not suitable and very flat.
Easy to get into the apartment as everything was sent to me to text. Same for vacating the property.
What could be improved: Pillows and instructions on how to use coffee machine,
