Overview
First Impressions
Apartamenty Triton Park sits on a busy stretch of Grójecka Street in the Ochota district, and honestly, the building itself won’t win any architecture awards. But here’s the thing — sometimes the best places hide behind unassuming facades. The entrance through A3 is clearly marked, and there’s actually parking right on site, which anyone who’s tried to find a spot in Warsaw will tell you is worth its weight in gold. This four-star property offers a refreshing alternative to traditional hotel accommodations in the city.
The Apartment Experience
What you’re getting here is a proper apartment setup, not just a hotel room with a mini-fridge. The spaces feel lived-in rather than sterile — I mean that in the best way possible. You’ll find a functional kitchen that’s actually equipped for cooking real meals, which is perfect if you’re staying more than a couple nights or just want to grab groceries from the nearby Żabka and make breakfast yourself. The furnishings are modern without being flashy, and everything works as it should. Each unit combines comfort with practicality, making extended stays particularly appealing.
Location Perks
Ochota might not be the postcard-pretty Old Town, but it’s where real Warsaw happens. You’re about a 15-minute tram ride to the city center, and the connections are reliable — the 14 and 74 lines run frequently from nearby stops. What I really appreciate is how this property puts you close to actual neighborhood life. There’s a decent shopping center within walking distance, plus some solid local eateries that tourists rarely discover. The area offers genuine Warsaw character without the inflated prices of more touristy districts.
Practical Considerations
The building can get a bit noisy since Grójecka is a main thoroughfare, but the windows do a decent job of blocking most traffic sounds. Couples seem to really dig this place — and I get why. It’s got that cozy, temporary home vibe that works well when you want to play house in a new city. The Wi-Fi is solid, the heating works properly (crucial for Warsaw winters), and you won’t feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. Modern amenities are thoughtfully integrated throughout the property.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to be the most Instagram-worthy stay of your life, but it delivers on the fundamentals really well. The value proposition is strong — you get significantly more space than a traditional hotel room for roughly the same price, plus that rare commodity of guaranteed parking. The location scores high with visitors because it strikes that sweet spot between accessibility and authenticity. You’re not paying Old Town premiums, but you’re also not stuck in some soulless business district. It’s the kind of place that works whether you’re here for a long weekend or a week-long work trip. Apartamenty Triton Park succeeds by focusing on what matters most to guests seeking comfortable, practical accommodations.

Guest Reviews
Great stay, few things could be improved to up the standard
Amazing location for the purpose of the trip (25 mins walk from the hospital).
Nice view and the nicely kept internal garden in the building.
Washing machine, dish washer available. Comfortable dining table with chairs.
TV in a room, balcony with chairs.
Nail bar and Biedronka in the same building.
Good restaurants and bars nearby.
Access to iron and ironing table.
High ceilings and a lot of storage in the waredrobe.
10 mins taxi drive to airport.
Kitchen, fride and freezer, basic tools for cooking.
Blinds which were usefull on the hot days due to room booked without aircon.
What could be improved: - no hairdryer in a room, had to buy my own for a long stay.
- Small bed for two people and uncomfortable cushions.
- kitchen lights that can be dimmed but cannot be turned off.
- slippery shower, had to buy a matt.
- dirty curtains made bad first impression.
Very Good
The apartment is nice. Essential.
Good
What could be improved: No Wi-Fi
Triton.appartments.
The carpark security. The view of the garden.
What could be improved: Having to sort out the Internet connection. Malfunctioning plug. Different Internet than advertised.
Nice apartment on a good location
The apartment was small, but had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. We had a nice and quiet view on the backyard from the 9th floor. The location is quite outside the city center, but several public transport options were in the close proximity. Supermarkets and restaurants and some other shops in the street. There is a direct tram line to Warszawa Gdanska train station. There is a nice, big park nearby with a ski slope and a summer bobsled trail.
What could be improved: Collecting the keys was quite a challenge. We were instructed to collect the keys from the security at the reception desk, but this man was extremely rude and did not speak any word English. He sent us to a different office and wasn't prepared to listen to us. The other office sent us back to this man. In the end, we had to ask total strangers to help us with collecting the keys and even then, it was extremely time consuming. I have tried to call the contact number during this struggle, but nobody answered. Even when we tried to call the next to ask a question, there was no answer. So the customer service should be better. When people in other apartments are cooking, you can smell it in the apartment, which can be quite disturbing.
Very nice and comfortable stay for a couple of days trip to Warsaw.
All, it was reallly nice stay close to tram, bus with restaurants, shops (supermarket at the same building) etc
What could be improved: A bit too little privacy with people next door while sharing the half of balcony.
Not for foreign tourists that don’t speak Polish
Very nice, clean, spacious apartment. Beautiful surrounding, great terrace and views. Good internet. Easily accessible with public transport.
What could be improved: The agency didn’t speak English. They posted wrong address on Booking so I lost 30 minutes searching for building C that doesn’t exist. When I called them they didn’t speak English. When I was leaving apartment they didn’t explain me where to leave the key. I called them, wrote them on Booking, on WhatsApp. they were not answering to any of my messages or calls. that was frustrating. Otherwise the apartment and the building were perfect.
Very Good
nice apartment and view
What could be improved: check in was 3 pm but we didn’t get the key to apartment till 3:30 pm . we were just standing and waiting with a small child with us . It wasn’t acceptable behaviour
Good
convenient location, great choice of dining and grocery shopping
What could be improved: bathroom design was poor and inconvenient, shower was leaking, no shower holders/hooks, lack of shower gel
Would definitely recomend. And definitely be back next yearq
Safe ans secure. Good location. Shops in the same building. Magick
What could be improved: Fresh towels and bed sheets on request. Didn't expect it so just did my own washing. And no batteries in the safe or in the clock. Weird. But still loved it.
