The subway thing they mention in the name isn’t just marketing fluff either. I’m talking about maybe a 3-minute walk, tops, and you’re at the station. During morning rush hour you’ll see locals with their coffee cups heading the same direction, which always feels like a good sign to me – means you’re staying where actual people live, not some tourist bubble. The area has that lived-in feeling where corner shops stay open late and you can grab decent takeout without paying hotel prices. Actually, there’s this little bakery two blocks over that does incredible pastries in the morning (the owner speaks perfect English if you’re worried about that sort of thing).

What really got me though was how quiet it stays at night. You’d think being close to public transport means constant noise, but the building itself seems well-insulated – I could barely hear the street even with windows cracked open. The rooms have this comfortable, uncluttered setup that actually lets you spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.   The flat is cosy and clean, not too far away from metro N°2. The neigborhood is quiet. There is a Market and few restaurants nearby. Landlords are really kind and very responsive.

Чисто і приємні такі дрібниці, як шопери якими можна користуватися під час покупок. Ліжко зручне і постіль чиста. Тихо і спокійно.

  Fajnie nowocześnie wykończone mieszkanko, dużo udogodnień np w wyposażeniu kuchni. Podjazd za automatyczną bramą to petarda bo w okolicy ciężko z zaparkowaniem samochodu a tak podjeżdżam praktycznie pod same drzwi. Super sprawa jeśli podróżujemy z małymi dziećmi które lubią zasypiać w samochodzie 🙂 w mieszkaniu dużo miejsca, łóżka wygodne, wszystko fajnie przemyślane.
