Hotel Description
You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first saw this place listed as an “apartment hotel” on Aleje Jerozolimskie – I mean, it’s right on one of Warsaw’s busiest thoroughfares, and I was worried about noise. But here’s the thing about this stretch of the street in Ochota: it’s actually got this weird charm once you get used to it. The apartment sits in this solid communist-era building that’s been nicely maintained, and while you can definitely hear the trams rumbling by (especially the 14 and 10 lines), it becomes sort of comforting background noise after the first night. The entrance is pretty straightforward – no fancy lobby or anything, just a clean stairwell with one of those old-school intercoms that actually works.
What really won me over was how the space feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile hotel-ish. The apartment itself is larger than most Warsaw hotel rooms you’ll get for the price, with a proper kitchenette that’s actually useful – not just for show. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times using ingredients from the Żabka downstairs (there’s literally one right in the building, which is incredibly convenient when you need late-night snacks or forgot to grab coffee). The furniture is that practical IKEA-style stuff, but honestly, it works perfectly fine and everything feels sturdy. The bathroom’s compact but well-designed, with decent water pressure – something you can’t always count on in older Warsaw buildings.
Location-wise, this is where it gets interesting. Sure, you’re not in the heart of Śródmieście, but the metro connection at Pole Mokotowskie is literally a ten-minute walk, and from there you’re three stops from Centrum. Plus – and this is something I didn’t expect – the neighborhood around here has some genuinely good spots that most tourists miss entirely. There’s this excellent Vietnamese place called Pho Saigon just two blocks down that locals actually go to, and the whole area feels more authentically Warsaw than the overly polished city center. The 7.4 rating seems about right to me – it’s not luxury by any means, and the building shows its age in places, but for the price point and the amount of space you get, it’s honestly a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer visit where having a kitchen and more room to spread out would matter. Just bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to street noise, and maybe pack some instant coffee because the machine they provide is… well, it makes coffee, let’s put it that way.

Location was brilliant. Just outside of main train station
What could be improved: There was no fan or air conditioning. In Summers you should provide this facilityVery Good – Bogumila from Canada – April 27, 2023 (8/10)
The cleanliness of the place and easy access to all kind of transportation.

perfect !!!
Fair – Елена from Ukraine – November 30, 2024 (5/10)
Closeness to the train station, shops and public transport. Easy to check in.
What could be improved: 1. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, it was not mentioned in the ad. As a single female traveller with two heavy bags it was very difficult to get to the flat on a long spiral staircase.
2. Terrible smell in the apartment coming from the kitchen/sewage, dirty glasses, and mould in the bathroom including ceiling.
3. Lack of transparency about the cleaning fee (which was pretty much the same as the rent) during the booking process. I didn’t even see the amount double until the transaction went through. Had I known this, I would have chosen to book a hotel room instead where there is a lift.
4. It was not very straightforward to contact the renter when I wanted to report a noticed damage. No email provided, and I didn’t have Polish phone number to call.Place to stay when passing through on a budget – Andrey from Ukraine – September 12, 2024 (5/10)
The apartment is in very convenient position, close to the metro, train station, yet it is quite inside. Mostly clean, minimalist design. All advertised amenities were in order.
What could be improved: Moldy shower and minimal toiletries were inadequate for our crew and length of stay. Guests should be careful to make photos and report any damage they find on check in unless they will be charged. Had to pay for damages that occurred before our stay.Read the fine print carefully – Olha from Ukraine – March 26, 2024 (4/10)
It's close to the Central Station
You can check in and out anytime you want
What could be improved: Hello, I want to warn the future guests about this apartment. There's only one benefit of this place: close access to the station. The price on booking site isn't includes the cleaning fee (100% apartments night stay price), but it wasn't clean when we arrived: dusty and battered, the furniture is in bad condition (unstable table and chairs, uncomfortable sofa), mold in the bathroom. I'd load more pictures if it's possible.Bad – Vivien from Australia – December 19, 2023 (1/10)
I didn’t like anything
What could be improved: A dingy place, lots of stairs, both beds were on platforms which were reached by metal ladders. One ‘bed’ had two hot water pipes next to it and there must have been a sewage outlet as I could hear a toilet flushing.
The wifi did not work.Bad – Craig from Australia – October 6, 2024 (1/10)
NOTHING
What could be improved: WARNING ⚠️ This company is toxic and knowingly went ahead and proceeded with the booking, after they said to me that they had an issue with my credit card, which there wasn't, which meant I had to book elsewhere..They went ahead anyway and took out $350 from my credit card, and now my bank has started an investigation into fraudulent activities from these desperadoes..If you are reading this Booking.com, these people MUST be banned from advertising on Booking.com..
What could be improved:
