The moment I walked into Apartment National Stadium Port Praski, it actually felt like someone’s well-appointed home rather than your typical hotel setup. The location is pretty brilliant if you know Warsaw at all. You’re basically nestled in this emerging neighborhood that locals are just starting to discover, which means you get that authentic residential feel without being stuck in the middle of nowhere. The National Stadium is right there (hence the name, obviously), and I loved how you could hear the gentle hum of the Vistula River if you opened the windows in the evening. What really sold me though was the apartment-style setup – you’ve got proper kitchen facilities, which is a godsend when you want to grab some fresh produce from the nearby markets and actually cook something decent. The space feels lived-in but meticulously maintained, with these little touches that show someone actually cares about the details. I’m talking about things like having a proper coffee setup (not those tiny hotel packets), decent lighting for reading, and – this might sound weird – but the shower pressure was honestly perfect.

The whole Port Praski area has this interesting energy where old Warsaw meets the new developments, and staying here puts you right in the sweet spot of it all. You’re close enough to the action when you want it, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds stumbling around at 2 AM. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no hovering desk clerks or rigid rules about when you can come and go. It’s the kind of place where you can actually settle in and feel like you’re living somewhere for a few days rather than just passing through. The rating speaks for itself really, and after spending time there, I get why people keep coming back to this spot instead of bouncing around to different hotels each visit.
