The Nowiniarska location is honestly one of those local secrets – close enough to everything that matters, but tucked away on a quieter street that most visitors never discover.

The apartment itself feels like someone who actually lives in the city designed it, not some corporate hotel chain. I mean, you’ve got real kitchen space where you can make proper coffee in the morning (and trust me, after a few days of tourist-trap café prices, you’ll appreciate this), plus the kind of living room where you can spread out your maps and guidebooks without everything feeling cramped. The 4-star rating isn’t just marketing fluff here – the details are solid, from decent water pressure in the shower to windows that actually keep street noise to a minimum. What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to keep that authentic European apartment vibe while making sure everything works properly. You know how some places look great in photos but then the WiFi is terrible or the heating makes weird noises? Not an issue here.

The 9.5 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed a night or two. It’s the little things that add up – like how the neighborhood has this genuine local feel where you’ll see the same people walking their dogs in the morning, or how there’s a small grocery store just around the corner where the owner actually remembers faces.   Beautiful large apartment 5 min walk away from Old Town, Warsaw. Good choice of restaurants in Old Town. Polin Museum 15 mins walk away.
  Very well equipped and clean. Owner thought of most things in the house – body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, cleaners, coffee, tea, sugar. wardrobes, dressers in bedrooms. Supermarket 2 min walk away.. We as a family thought it was a good choice of accommodation.

  Fantastic host, great location, right near the old town and the fountains. Air conditioning, washing machine & a dish washer was a bonus. Huge space, the balcony was lovely to sit and have breakfast and there were plenty of toiletries to use if you'd forgotten anything.

  A really nice, spacious, and sparkling clean place with more than enough facilities. By the way, it is just a few minutes away from Warsaw old town on foot. The host was always available and helping.

  Stor og flott leilighet. Veldig gode senger, putter og dyner. Fantastisk terrasse. Perfekt beliggenhet ved Gamle Byen. Mange flotte restauranter kun et par minutter gåavstand fra leiligheten som ligger i rolig og stille sidegaten. Veldig hyggelig vert Piotr. Det kunne ikke bli bedre.
