Completely different story. This place sits right on one of Warsaw’s most iconic boulevards, and I mean literally ON Nowy Świat, not some side street claiming proximity. You know that stretch where all the locals actually hang out, between the cafes and bookshops that haven’t been completely overrun yet? Yeah, that’s where you’ll be.

The apartment itself feels more like crashing at a well-traveled friend’s place than some sterile hotel room. Sure, it’s got that 3-star rating, but honestly the location does most of the heavy lifting here – and that perfect 10 rating from other guests makes total sense once you’re there. The real game-changer, though, is the parking situation. I mean, if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in central Warsaw (especially around Nowy Świat where most places just shrug and point toward some mythical public garage), you’ll appreciate having your own guaranteed space. It’s one of those details that sounds boring until you’re not circling blocks at 9 PM with your luggage in the backseat.

What I really loved was how the morning routine worked out – you can grab proper coffee from that little place downstairs (locals queue there, which is always a good sign), then just wander down toward the Royal Castle or up toward the university depending on your mood. The street gets pretty lively in the evenings, but the apartment’s positioned well enough that you’re not dealing with the worst of the noise. Actually, the buzz kind of adds to the whole experience – you feel plugged into the city’s rhythm without being overwhelmed by it. The only thing I’d mention is that weekends can get a bit more intense, especially during summer when the outdoor seating spills everywhere, but that’s Warsaw for you. If you want dead quiet, this probably isn’t your spot, but if you want to feel like you’re actually experiencing the city rather than just visiting it, well… that’s exactly what this place delivers.

  We stayed at the apartment of Nowt Swiat 61 for a couple of nights during a New Year's celebration. Apartment itself located in a centre of Warsaw on the busy street, filled with souvenir shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. So it's a busy life just outside your doorstep, and that's just what we needed. However, the apartment is very quiet and fulfilled with a daylight. Very clean and tidy, comfortable for four persons. The staff member Rafal was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our stay till we left. Rafal met us at the entrance of the parking spot and showed us around. We found a bottle of sparkling wine on our arrival, which was a nice touch as we were about to meet New Year in Warsaw. Also, we got tiny gift bags on the way out, which was very thoughtful. We are very grateful for this experience, and I highly recommend this place on your next visit.

  Pięknie urządzony apartament, do tego bardzo czysty, co jest dla nas szczególnie ważne. Położony w samym centrum Warszawy, blisko sklepu Biedronka oraz wielu restauracji. Gospodarz oczarował nas swoją uprzejmością i serdecznością. Dodatkowym plusem jest miejsce parkingowe za szlabanem tuż obok apartamentu. Gorąco polecam, na pewno w przyszłości będziemy chcieli tu wrócić 🙂
