Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about this place? The location is actually way better than I expected from the booking photos. I mean, Krzywe Koło street sounds like some random side street when you’re planning your trip, but honestly – you’re basically a two-minute walk from Castle Square and the Old Town buzz without dealing with all the tourist chaos right outside your window. The apartment sits in this sweet spot where you can duck into Śródmieście’s quieter residential vibe but still grab a late-night pierogi at one of those little spots on Krakowskie Przedmieście when the craving hits.

The actual apartment feels like someone’s stylish Warsaw flat that they’ve opened up to travelers – which I guess is exactly what it is. There’s this lived-in comfort that a lot of hotel rooms just can’t match, you know? The kitchen actually has proper coffee (not those sad instant packets), and the shower pressure is surprisingly decent for an older building. I was worried about street noise since Warsaw can get pretty lively, but the windows do a solid job keeping things peaceful. Well, except for Saturday mornings when the whole neighborhood seems to wake up at once, but that’s just city life. The Wi-Fi held up fine for video calls, which honestly saved my work trip when I needed to join meetings from the dining table.

What really sold me on this place was how it felt authentically Warsaw without trying too hard. The building has that classic Śródmieście character – you’ll climb a few flights of stairs (no elevator, just so you know), but the stairwell has this old-world charm that makes you feel like you’re actually living in the city rather than just passing through it. Noclegi Renters clearly knows what they’re doing with the check-in process too – everything was smooth and they actually responded to my random questions about where to find good zapiekanka nearby. The 8.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but it nails exactly what you want from a Warsaw base. I’d definitely book it again, especially if I’m planning to explore both the historic center and some of the cooler neighborhoods like Praga – the tram connections from this area are actually pretty convenient, though I ended up walking most places because everything felt so accessible.

Reviews

  • Perfect!!! – Mary from Israel – April 16, 2025 (10/10)

It was amazing. Great location, clean and very quiet. Absolutely loved it and will surely be back.

  • Exceptional – Edvardas from Lithuania – August 21, 2024 (10/10)

    Interior, spaciuosness, bright appartment, location.

What could be improved: Some type of fan would be very usable as it tends to get warm inside on hot days. No dolce gusto capsules. Minimum amount of consumables (toilet paper and other).

  • Pitch perfect charm in old town! – Vance from United States – November 29, 2023 (10/10)

Super cute apartment in an amazing location. This is the best of the best for an apartment rental!

  • warm and cosy, i would certainlly return back – Vaidotas from Lithuania – February 19, 2023 (10/10)

it was cosy and spacious enough for three of us

  • Nice apartment but they do not accept cards as payment – Uliana from Canada – September 20, 2022 (10/10)

Location is amazing. Beds were super comfortable and it was quiet in the apartment.
    Super unusual but awesome interior.

What could be improved: They do not accept credit/debit cards! You think they do, put all details but then they send a message saying they HIGHLY recommend not to use cards. So the only option is to transfer to their bank account. Although, it might take time to do so or if you are from abroad, could make it impossible. PLUS you need to pay one week before arrival, otherwise they will cancel it. It was really stressful because we had to do it all within a couple of hours. Apartment is nice on its own but the company makes you feel super anxious even before you move in…

Another issue is that when you put dishwasher machine and laundry machine at the same time, it might cause the fuse blew. And laundry will start every time from the beginning.

  • It was a pleasant stay – Sean from Australia – June 2, 2025 (8/10)

I like the decor of the property. It was very unique. I like the bathroom and layout of the apartment!

What could be improved: There was a guy that thought he was staying there mid stay, his mistake and there’s a bunch of drunk dudes out the back sinking piss the whole time that was a bit annoying .

  • Nice apartment, very close to city attractions and transport links. – Derek from United Kingdom – December 22, 2024 (9/10)

Location, good size for 2 people, warm even in winter.

What could be improved: Webs on all the lights including low wall lights in the bedroom, only 1 small hand towel and 2 medium towels for the bathroom is not enough for 2 people staying 5 nights, no towel for drying your hands in the kitchen, small TV in sitting area should be swapped with the very large TV in the bedroom.

  • Pleasant – Khrop from Belarus – August 12, 2023 (6/10)

The location is great. You can live in the center of old town. Main railway station is also not so far.
The room was quite nice and old-fashioned.

What could be improved: Windows in the room are very old. It's impossible to close it fully. Builders start working at 6 am and all their noise wakes you up. No opportunity to sleep properly.
If you are afraid of spiders, then it's not for you. Spiders come from the old town using badly-closed windows.
There is no opportunity to pay by card. Only transfer to the providers account. It worries when you pay.

  • Fair – Tatiana from Moldova – July 22, 2025 (5/10)

    The location is great

What could be improved: The apartment was not clean, spiders in the corners, the sofa in the living room was dirty and some socks from previous guests near the sofa. The toiletries were for one, but we booked the apartment for 4.

  • Very good location and very poor service. – Slava from Ukraine – December 29, 2023 (1/10)

We agreed with the owners to come earlier. We arrived with our suitcases. Came to the apartment, but there was no key. It was impossible to contact the owners by phone. We had to go to McDonald's with suitcases and wait until they respond. Then, with children and suitcases, after 1.5 hours, we went back to the apartment. The apartment was not cleaned. We checked in at 12, and at 12:30, they came to clean while we were resting.
I didn't like that we had communication with an intermediary. They automatically deducted money from us for cleaning at the beginning of the stay – about 200 zlotys, but, as I already mentioned, there was no cleaning. When we were leaving, we left bags of garbage as usual in hotels. They deducted another $34 from us for cleaning. It's impossible to find out anything. I believe that this is a violation of some rights, and honestly, it's terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

What could be improved: I liked the location of the apartment in the center. It's great.
