Honestly, when I first heard the full name of this place – Apartment River front, Great View from 14th floor, next to PGE Narodowy Stadium, Torwar – by WarsawSkyLine Apartments – I thought someone was just having fun with keywords. But you know what? They weren’t kidding about any of it. The moment you step into this apartment on the 14th floor, you’re hit with this sweeping view of the Vistula that actually makes you pause mid-conversation. I mean, Warsaw from up here looks completely different than the street-level hustle you’re used to. The river curves away toward the old town, and on clear mornings (which, let’s be honest, aren’t super common in Warsaw), you can see all the way to the Royal Castle’s spires.

The location is pretty brilliant if you think about it – you’re literally next door to PGE Narodowy, which means if there’s a match or concert, you could probably walk there in your pajamas. But here’s the thing locals know: when there’s a big event, the whole Praga district gets this electric buzz that’s actually fun to be part of, not just tourist chaos. The Torwar arena is right there too, so you’re in the heart of Warsaw’s event scene without being stuck in some soulless hotel district. The apartment itself feels properly lived-in rather than sterile – there’s decent WiFi (tested it extensively while working from the dining table), the kitchen actually has real plates instead of those flimsy hotel ones, and the shower pressure is surprisingly good for a high floor. I was half-expecting that weak trickle you sometimes get in tall buildings.

What really surprised me was how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re surrounded by major venues. The 14th floor height helps, obviously, but even during the day, you’re not dealing with constant street noise – just the occasional tram rumbling across the bridge, which is actually kind of soothing. The building’s entrance is nothing fancy, sort of typical Warsaw residential block style, but the elevator works fine and the whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. No hovering around a lobby waiting for keys. The 9.5 rating makes sense once you’ve spent a few days here – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but everything just works the way it should. You’ve got proper space to spread out, that killer view to wake up to, and you’re positioned perfectly to explore both sides of the river without feeling like you’re staying in the middle of nowhere. Plus, if you’re into the whole “living like a local” thing, the Praga side has been getting cooler and cooler over the past few years, with some genuinely good restaurants and bars that most tourists never find.

  A very comfortable and pleasant apartment in a quiet neighborhood , with a great view on Visla. Simple, but very clean and with all necessary appliances. In a standard reasonably maintained apartment building.

  The view was great, the interior is modern and very comfortable, there was also an italian restaurant just downstairs of the place.

  Probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at! Very nice view with the city lights at night and was near enough to walk to COS Torwar if you are in town for a concert. The amenities were good – there was a stove, a microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge, pots and pans, dishes etc. + TV. Good bed, nice bed linen. We liked the leaflets about Warsaw to plan our stay even better. We walked from the flat to the central station and from the Old Town to the flat without a problem (longish walks but you get to see the area), it was also well connected via public transport (tram & bus). The complimentary water & opportunity to have coffee or tea was a nice touch. The apartment was easy to find, access was via elevator and the owner contacted us beforehand to let us know about the details of our stay (access to flat etc). All in all I would certainly use this accommodation again.

  The location and positioning of the apartment was great for restaurants and proximity to the airport by taxi. Being high (14th floor), the views were quite spectacular. The bed & furnishings were comfortable & the owner / host was very helpful and accommodating.

  Well maintained accommodation, beautiful Vistula river view. The host shared detailed instructions on directions to the apartment, check-in procedure etc. The property is easy to find and has bus and tram stops nearby to easily arrive from Warsaw Central Station
  
  Kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Did not experience disturbance of any kind to enjoy a good nights sleep after spending the whole day out sightseeing.
  
  No surprises like problems with the AC, bathroom shower problems, kitchen exhaust, dishwasher etc. all appliances were functional.
  
  What we liked the most was the location of the apartment to tourist attractions nearby and access to public transport which made it easier to plan our day.
