This is one of those Renters Prestige properties that really gets the whole “apartment hotel” thing right – and I mean that in the best possible way.

The space itself has this lived-in quality that’s honestly refreshing after staying in cookie-cutter hotel rooms. You’ll find proper kitchen setups (not just a sad mini-fridge and coffee maker), which is clutch if you’re planning to grab some pierogi from the local markets or just want to make coffee that doesn’t taste like cardboard. The living areas actually feel like someone designed them for real people – there’s enough space to spread out your laptop, toss your jacket somewhere, maybe even do some yoga if that’s your thing. The 4-star rating feels about right; it’s polished without being stuffy, comfortable without trying too hard to impress you.

What really won me over, though, is how the place fits into Warsaw’s rhythm. The neighborhood has this authentic buzz – you’ll hear trams rumbling by in the morning (not obnoxiously loud, just enough to remind you you’re in a real city), and there’s always something happening on the streets below. I actually loved opening the windows in the evening; the whole area comes alive with people heading out for dinner or just wandering around. The 7.9 rating makes sense to me because, well, it’s not perfect – the Wi-Fi can get a bit spotty during peak hours, and honestly, the check-in process took longer than I expected. But those are minor gripes when you consider what you’re getting: a genuine slice of Warsaw life without sacrificing the amenities you actually need. It’s the kind of place where you can picture yourself settling in for a week, not just crashing for a night. Perfect for anyone who wants to feel like they’re living in the city rather than just visiting it – and trust me, there’s a real difference between those two experiences.

  The apartment in reality looks the same as in photos. It is located in perfect location for us – in the city center and close to metro. Also it is very spacious and has very nice interior. Before booking I was a bit anxious about Renters communication based on reviews but everything was fine. We got very detailed instructions of self-check in, despite the fact we had no issues to communicate more, we got further informative letters from administrator and really felt in touch with them. We would definitely stay again!

  Location is perfect! Set-up of the apartmant is nice, old furniture, stable strong pieces. Spacious. Good value for money in our opinion.

  Great location near the center of Warsaw. This part of Warsaw is really good if you like visiting interesting restaurants and coffee shops. There is a lot of options near by for getting breakfast/lunch/dinner. Additionally the apartment is in small quiet street, so there was almost no noise in the evenings despite being in the center. The apartment was clean and it had everything needed for a week long stay.
  The central metro station (connecting both lines of metro) is near by so it's easy to get around the city.
  You will get instructions for getting into apartment day before arrival. You will get code for getting into the building and then code for a safe that is mounted on the doors to the apartment. The safe contains keys to the apartment. Upon checkout you just put the keys into the safe and lock it.

  Spacious rooms with bright ambient light and comfortable seating; it felt like a visit to your old aunt's home. Nice break from sterile hotel rooms. Not too many city noises and easy 10 minute walk from main train station. Old town a bit of a walk, but close enough to transit options. Location also enourage us to walk to Lazienki Park, which was well worth the visit and something we might not have done were we further away. Great Asian-vegan restaurant nearby, and food market only a couple of blocks, though we didn't find it right away.

  This apartment is so beautiful that I really did not want to leave. It has a superb location, you are close to everything that you need to see in Warsaw. There are a tone of restaurants and bars next door as well as shopping mall.
  The apartment is spacious and clean. It is very comfortable and has most of the things one might need. Huge bonus for long stays is Netflix. WiFi works perfectly. Even though the building style is classic the apartment has a very modern vibe.
  
  Since my stay was long I bought few things that were missing, such as hangers for clothes, holders for bathroom, antlers, vase, etc… I hope the next tenant will find them.

  The apartment itself is perfect. It is located in very center of everything you need. One block away is a walking zone with bars and restaurants as well as shopping mall. Public transportation is near and convinient.
